Today I came across a terrible service in this bank. I wanted to become a client of this bank and asked for an interpreter. As a result, the bank's employees showed complete disrespect for the new client of the bank. Disgusting service and communication with people.

We came to do a power of attorney to this office and it was absolutely frustrating. They were unable to print an statement of the deposit that we did and they even see my cash deposit. Plus we were try to do a power of attorney and they were in hurry because it was near to close 5:30 They close at 6:00pm they sent us to home and we were unable to fill the power of attorney in the office. The guy who revived us Ricardo was very nice but the lady who is the notary didn't want to help us I don't recommend to go to this office lazy. Lazy. Go to different branch

Went into the PNC I was welcome By SeanPatrick. We discuss opening saving and checking account he was very knowledgeable and answers all my questions regarding all my banking needs. I would highly recommend if anyone needing to open any kind of banking accounts to see SeanPatrick.

The tellers make their own rules and are extremely dismissive; they lack the customer service acumen to do their jobs effectively. Instead of asking a manager for assistance, they shoo you out of the front door. They literally make up their own banking rules to suffice their current state of pettiness, even going as far as to reset my password without my consent. They use "as a courtesy to you..." , as a crutch for poor customer service. 1 star was the only low option given, trust it should be zero; Hesitate to do business at this branch.
