Amazing workout and fantastic instructors that push and motivate you. Barre classes will get you toned and is also great for building strength. It's a great exercise for people who want to get fit and toned but whose joints can't handle the stress of high impact workouts. I'm sold for life!

A perfect blend of basic ballet moves and Pilates. Small yet intense and impactful movements. A great addition to my weekly workout regiment.
