Sammie was extremely helpful with my package and getting me set up and explaining everything to me after I asked the same question multiple times her level of professionalism is top tier! While she was helping me an irate female customer came in and was extremely rude to Sammie but patiently she maintained professionalism guiding her where she needed to go and answering her questions. I was surprised she kept her composure because the way the female customer was treating Sammie was absolutely unacceptable and no one would have had the patience that Sammie had.
