“My best experience at a FedEx in this area! Had to make a bunch of copies. Using a company discount. Using a company discount at a self service has become "a process". Thankfully the staff, including the manager, at this FedEx location was super helpful. I have to admit the staff here was much friendlier and engaged than the other two Fed Ex locations I usually frequent.”

“I hope this is the right UPS. I'm writing about the wonderful service I received at the UPS on Flamingo Road near Pines Blvd. I had several packages to be returned. It took two times to get them all processed. Both times, I dealt with a different young woman. They were both professional, informative, looked me in the eyes, and made me feel good about the experience. There are a lot of indifferent young people in the workplace now who cause nothing but grief when dealt with. But these two young women had a beautiful, old-fashioned work ethic. It was nice, indeed. Give them a raise, UPS!”
