“I was helped by the beautiful Sammie! I’m not a review type of person but I had to make one especially for her. Sammie was extremely helpful with my package and getting me set up and explaining everything to me after I asked the same question multiple times her level of professionalism is top tier! While she was helping me an irate female customer came in and was extremely rude to Sammie but patiently she maintained professionalism guiding her where she needed to go and answering her questions. I was surprised she kept her composure because the way the female customer was treating Sammie was absolutely unacceptable and no one would have had the patience that Sammie had. Thankfully the staff, including the manager, at this FedEx location was super helpful. I have to admit the staff here was much friendlier and engaged than the other two Fed Ex locations I usually frequent.”

It took two times to get them all processed. Both times, I dealt with a different young woman. They were both professional, informative, looked me in the eyes, and made me feel good about the experience. There are a lot of indifferent young people in the workplace now who cause nothing but grief when dealt with. But these two young women had a beautiful, old-fashioned work ethic. It was nice, indeed.
