Bank teller is brain dead said i wasn’t a signer on my own account even though i went to my main bank today and the confirmed i was. This brand scammed me out of money smh.

originally had a great experience with this bank, prior to them merging i never had a problem with bb&t but now ??! applied for a car loan on monday, was told i’d hear back monday end of day or tuesday morning. i have DEADLINES to meet, same as you all, i don’t have time to twiddle my fingers and wait. as of wednesday, nothing yet from underwriting. they can keep it at this point. nearly impossible to get through to ANYBODY on the bank’s listed number. will definitely be switching banks and closing my account after this experience.

Attention to all customers heads-up Truist is not a bank I would bank with.. Iwas so shock, how I was treated as a customer there by teller Melissa. I had to close one of my largest accounts. How I set there observe how their cherry pick on who they ask for driver license on making a deposit. I read handbook. . I felt discriminating.

The banking knowledge, competency, communication, and service at this location is very poor. They did not have the knowledge or expertise to transfer signers on a non profit account instead of cimmunicatng that, they had us wait hours before stating so. They were supposed to follow up with within the week and never did. Two and a half weeks later when I followed up they stated they had sent emails to corporate with no response. I wont name names but the staff was rude, curt and oblivious. After the second visit with no assistance I went to the Miramar branch and worked with John Ramirez who was able to help us quickly and efficeintly and was amazing! He is competent and professional. This branch manager needs to get his employees trainign immediately.

Terrible customer service, I waited 20 min at the drive thru to make a deposit and I was the only car in line!!!!!! The teller told me they were busy inside so the drive thru is not a important part of the bank business, Customers outside of the bank don’t MATTER?????

I felt like a criminal when I came to withdraw my money. It took 20 minutes to make a withdrawal. I gave my DL and debit card. I was then asked my full SS# and last two transactions. What is the purpose of my ID and card. Names matched and a picture. Will never come back to this bank. Thinking of canceling my account. Never had this problem with no other branches.

Please stay AWAY from this bank!!! When you call, 1hr minimum for a representative to answer your call, when you come to the bank is always a problem as well, if is for money withdrawal only 1 teller and more than 30min in line, when I need to speak to somebody inside, “computers down”. Albert Trepeu said first they don’t do wire transfer over the phone, then I told him I need a pin for it, then he changed and said o well yes with a pin they do but it takes 2 weeks for the pin. This institution is a JOKE!!!!!!! Albert Trepeu is the “bank mannager” he more like the bank clown ? who don’t care about any of your needs. Pictures are attached with 1 PERSON attending clients. Please please please you don’t need this!!!!! STAY AWAY! I am leaving this unprofessional scamming institution as soon as right now!

They are theifs and scammers. Allowing people to still from me out of a closed account,did didn't call the police when someone used my identity when I had account closed on on code Red. Been waiting for money for over a month , I'm a single mother and I barely have any money but now none. Inside job
