I am puzzled by the negative reviews this branch has received. Obviously, you can not make every body happy (especially in an area like this), but the employees here are really great! From the security guard who remembers my name and greets me every time I go in to the tellers and customer service representatives will go the extra mile to provide not great, but exceptional service! I am very grateful to all of them.

On 12/5/23 at 9:10am ET I had a terrible customer experience at this bank with Jurany Montilla. I went in to make a cashier’s check in the amount of $2800 for a realtor.To my surprise, she proceeded to randomly ask me about my connection with two names. I was puzzled as to how she knew my parents name, and what they had to do with this. When I asked her what was relevance she mentioned that there was a $28k check posted on my account with their names on it and that the check was not cleared. This was off for me since I recalled that check clearing many weeks prior to me arriving at the bank.I called TD bank to get the status of the check and they confirmed it was clear but Jurany still would not clear that check insinuating that somehow my parents never endorsed this check to me, which they already did by signing the back of the check. I also had two accounts, with more than enough money to clear the cashier's check but her and her team would not do it.Jurany and her team made me out to be someone who was fraud ulent although I gave them no reason to. And although I have been a TD banker for many years I am considering banking with a different company based on my experience today at this branch. I believe there is a racial component in why Jurany was reluctant to issue my check as I am a young black man.

The customer service here is the worst! I came in on a Wednesday around 11am and when I walked in, no one greeted me. Stood there for over 20 minutes and not a hello we will be right with you in a moment, NOTHING! I know everyone is short Staffed but having the common courtesy to address someone that's one of the reasons why you get a paycheck there (i.e. customer with a business account) should be done. They need to re-evaluate what customer courtesy and service looks like, because they totally lack that there. Let's just say I'm taking my business elsewhere!

My wife, an account holder herself from this branch was refused service by a racist employee. She was attempting to open a second bank account for herself and her cousin was looking to open his first bank account.After being clients of 3 separate banks, we know for a fact that you do NOT need a Florida issued ID, or any kind of US government issued paperwork to create a bank account in the United States.We’ve had no issues with TD bank up until this point. I am not a TD bank customer, and because of this experience I will not become one. The female employee at this branch was rude, condescending, and felt annoyed at the people standing in front of her.My wife proceeded to another branch located by a near by Walmart and there she had NO PROBLEMS in opening the account she wanted, and her cousin also opened his first bank account.TD please do better.

This bank closed my account . They advised my refund wold be sent within 10 business days. Over a month and no one knows anything . No money , no answers , Very disappointed. # appointments and nothing has been resolved. Customer service is horrible and wait time as well .

Horrible, horrible, horrible! I can give at least three issues I witnessed per visit to this location, but I’m going to instead give a beware:Each time I’ve visited this location, an irate customer has entered the establishment and the employees have no idea how to deescalate a situation. They either meet the customers anger, laugh in their face or start speaking negatively about the customer. Yesterday, a cashier literally started laughing in a customers face…and the bank employees were dead wrong! This can result in horrific results.When confronted with an issue, the bank employees give no apologies, just excuses and attitudes. There’s one really good employee that people line up to see (Danny I believe) which isn’t fair to him.Also, daily, the website unexpectedly will not work. Twice, for no reason the shut off my debit card and give an, ‘my bad’ when I call to see what the issue is.TD Bank, you work for us! Do better!!!

I have to say, this happens to be the WORST branch TD has. The manager Diana, is very rude & was speaking w/ too much head & hand movement. She lacks customer service & so does the rest of the crew on Sunday. I walked in before closing time & no one addressed me until it was closing time letting me know that they are now closed & can’t service me, though I came before closing time. If I can put zero stars that’s what they would be getting. And by the look of the reviews I’m not the only one who believes this branch is the worst.

Surprisingly surprised by the lackluster reviews. Kind of worrisome but I guess that’s what FDIC insurance is for. Not sure why the rating as I’ve had a terrific experience and have banked here off and mostly on for many years. They did give me grief about a transaction they didn’t like. Mind your own business, as it’s legal and you’re a bank. You just print when they let you. Chillaxify as is usually the case, with your nice employees and good service. Toronto Dominion is not bad.

I’ve had my personal account with this bank since 2016. Since of late I’ve been having fraudulent activities of scammers using debit cards against my personal and business. Although inconvenienced, the bank would refund me the amount stolen from either my business or personal. But for some reason, TD bank has failed to refund me $1,800.00 that was fraudulently taken from my account.My account is established in Florida, I live in Florida. Someone went in a New Jersey bank and change a check against my account back in March of 2022. Since then I’ve been back and forth with this location and all I’m getting is “we have sent an email with the investigator and we are waiting on a response. It’s now month number 9 and I have not gotten back my 1800. I just walked in the bank and was told the same thing told over the past nine months. WILL I GET MY 1800 dollars back?!!?? This is ridiculous!!! At this point, I have no other choice but to close all by business and personal accounts with them.
