He expressed the initial situation was not handled properly and provided the oil change as a complimentary service. I appreciated the swift corrective actions.

The man attending the front desk Sunday afternoons needs better training on customer service. I scheduled an oil change online and when I showed up for my appointment he said they didn’t have enough time to do the oil change service and told me not to schedule appointments an hour before their closing as if it wasn’t their system that allows it. He doesn’t offer any solutions to reschedule. Very rude and unhelpful.”
