“My tire was completely torn off of the rim and I could not get the special lug it off of my tire because the special key was stripped. A complete different tire company sent me to "Good Wear" because they too could not take my special lug nut off. I was told Good Wear specializes in these specific situations. I called Good Wear & they were super helpful, even though they were closing within 10mins once I called they still waited & helped me out. The gentleman was able to take off my lug nuts in 10mins of me getting my car towed there. They were extremely professional. I will definitely come back if I ever have an issue my with tires/lug nuts & absolutely will recommend them. I loved that I was in & out.”
“I’ve been to this Goodyear location a few times now, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back.
They took my vehicle in on a Friday afternoon and had everything completed within 24 hours, which was impressive given the amount of work involved. With them being closed on Sunday, it was clear they were mindful of getting it done in time for the start of the work week.
Jesus was extremely helpful throughout the process—he answered all of my questions, stayed responsive with calls, and made sure I was kept informed. That level of communication really stands out. He also gave me a lot of good tips and I appreciate that as someone who plans to drive my car up past 200k miles.
I also appreciated that the team test drove the vehicle multiple times before returning it to me. It showed a real attention to detail and care in making sure everything was right.
