Located in the back area of the strip mall on Flamingo and Pines (across from CB Smith), this is a rather large post office. Arrived today and there were only a few people in line ahead of me. Staff was friendly and helpful with the questions and items we needed. They have some extra supplies behind their counter that aren't up front with all the other supplies so if you don't see what you are looking for, just ask. Would definitely be willing to come back to this one versus my usually location which almost always has a long line in a small space.

It's my second time going to this location (both times on a Saturday). The 2 clerks at the front are both very courteous, helpful, and professional.

The only problem I see here is just one person for everything, the customer service in the most USPS offices are really bad but here, the woman is at the morning, she is very sweet, help more than she supposed to, she is kind with everyone not matter color, old or young. I gave 3 stars because not matter what time you come here always is just one person for attendance.

They treated me quite poorly, I had some doubts and they didn't want to help me. Carla seemed very bitter, I don't know if she was having a bad day, but she took it out on all the customers even though we arrived practically when the place opened. The line was long and there was no additional help in the store. They treat you as if you were stupid and wouldn't understand what they're saying when you try to ask something.

Lines are always long but wow the customer service is always amazing here. I had a complicated package and it was near closing time. Ingrim went above and beyond to help me. And I didn’t just get special treatment, she really was like that with all of the customers. So helpful, efficient and was doing multiple things at once all while making it look easy.
