Never been so disappointed with the people they’ve hired to represent Verizon, I went yesterday to purchase two new phones and add two new lines, the website and store site said they close at 8pm. Yet we got there at 6:50pm and all the lights were on and nothing was covered, I called the store and knocked to make sure they were not in the restroom or something, only to see the rude, people look at us then turn away, instead of saying we are closed they ignored us at the door and on top of that he came back to lower the curtains in my face, I said excuse me to him and he said go to the location in Hiatus, they are open, so disrespectful and antiprofesional, he even when to tell me they closed at 6pm. The worst!!!

Terrible service at this location. The wait is horrible no matter when you go. They are not helpful at all when you are an existing customer. If i was a new customer they would have layed out the red carpet. Shame on you management. your female employee needs a little more kindness and to care about other peoples time. More than an hour and nothing was resolved. Chat online w Verizon there so much more helpful!!

After my experience on Saturday, I have to write a review, it was the worst experience I have ever had and I walked out. I came in explained my situation and needed a new phone.1. I had to tell him to go into my account and look to see if any lines were due for upgrades (I knew 3 lines were due for an upgrade)2 he finally opened my account and said no one is due for an upgrade.3. He didn’t give me any options as far as using insurance, he kept saying 1000 dollars for iPhone 13. So I asked about iPhone 144. He later stated the store doesn’t have iPhone 14. I would expect if you do not have in stock, to give me an option and find the nearest store that has one. He started saying store numbers. I was in complete shock of that answer and then told him can you confirm if they have it in stock and give me an address. He then stated no one in south Florida has the iPhone 14.I gave plenty of chances if the Osvaldo was new. He didn’t ask for help, just continued to give me false information. I’m a long time customer and I’m not here to train. I have the utmost patience for people or employees learning, but that was the WORST experience I have ever had and walked out. I will never go to that store againI went to a store in Hialeah gardens on Hialeah gardens drive and what a difference in customer service! Michael greeted me immediately when I walked in, even though, he was helping another customer out. I told him my situation. My situation is pretty much a guarantee sale. First thing Micheal did was look into my account and gave me options. I had to tell the other store to go into my account. Also, turns out the store I was in, 7925 Hialeah gardens blvd, has the iPhone 14; 3 lines were due for an upgrade, and Michael was able to address and fix all my issues, and walked out of there with a huge smile and so happy I walked that store.

Horrible experience, bad customer service... I've had better service ordering a 59 cent hamburger at McDonald's. I'm at their competitor now purchasing a new phone and having a great experience

I ordered an iPhone 13 from corporate. UPS tried to deliver it twice but no one was home to sign for the package. I decided to ask corporate to make an appointment with the local Verizon store and pick up another iPhone 13 there. I was told it would be the same price per month of $12.50 for 36 months with my iPhone 8 trade-in, and that the store would transfer my data from the old phone to the new phone. I went in to the store and the lady with long black hair was not very customer-friendly. She said that the new phone would cost me $16+ per month instead of $12.50 and that they don’t transfer data. I wasn’t happy and I walked out. UPS is still supposed to try to deliver my iPhone 13 one more time. So, I will try to be home to sign off and not have to deal with local store employees.

I went to the Verizon store today and has a great experience. The gentlemen who helped my dad and I was very polite, informative and patient. Everyone in the store was very nice. I did not feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t want and I also like that it’s clean!Thank you!

This place is getting 5 stars due to the fact that I accidently got impatient on ordering a s22 ultra 256gb's so I choose to get a 128gb instead and wait 1 month or less to get the 256gb version. Unfortunately the time ran out but they were so helpful that they got a superior and extended the time with a guarantee that I would get it, and then I got it, another incident was that my mother's phone broke luckily we went back and they traded it in for the same phone and it was all good, customer service and employees are very nice, and thanks for my s22 ultra. I would recommend,Thanks Jose for being friendly and helpful.

I have not had any issues at this location. This may be because I do all of my own research and purchases online and pickup at this store.Location is easy to get to, ample parking, and store is very nice on the inside.
