They put you on hold and never answer. You have to go there to get attention. While I was there I tried calling again and saw how the ladies sitting just put you on hold while not answering other calls.

Darlene is the absolute highlight of this store, and if she ever leaves I’m pulling all of my business to another location. Do not ever let her go, or you’ll have a very upset mass of customers!
