“I usually shop at the Cosco in Pembroke Pines. This Cosco seemed to have greater variety and more items.
The lighting in Pembroke Pines is much better. In comparison this location seemed a bit gloomy.
I had bought coffee beans in Pembroke Pines for under $10 and the same bag was over $15 in Davie.
I went on a Sunday and the place was packed with shoppers,a total zoo!
Outside of that I will return for items they stock that aren't in Pembroke Pines.”

“I love Costco and have been a member for many years, but this location has a serious problem with shopping carts in the parking lot.
I moved to the area about a month ago, and almost every time I shop here, I come back to find one or two carts left near my car. With the wind, they can easily roll into parked cars and cause scratches or damage.
I understand that customers should return their carts, but since many people don’t, Costco really needs to have more employees collecting carts or monitoring the parking lot.
I love Costco but the cart situation at this location is very frustrating and definitely needs more attention.”

I had a terrible experience purchasing a mattress online from Mattress Firm because there is NO live customer service to help with delivery issues. After several frustrating days, a chatbot finally gave me the number to the local warehouse and the delivery issue was instantly resolved. Not only did Austin help speed up the delivery date, he worked to ensure a delivery window that would work with my college daughter's busy schedule. Only purchase from an actual Mattress Firm store vs. online. They will match the online price over the phone and provide polite customer service with real people to oversee the delivery.
