Hilton Pensacola Beach offers a mixed experience for guests. Many appreciate the friendly staff, particularly one employee who made a special effort for an anniversary celebration, enhancing their stay. The hotel's location is praised, as it is close to the beach and offers a variety of stores and restaurants in the lobby. However, guests have pointed out several issues with the facilities. The rooms, especially in the older section, are considered outdated, with reports of maintenance problems such as malfunctioning doors, dirty elevators, and unclean hallways. Some guests noted that the bathrooms had mold and that room service was lacking. The cleanliness of the fitness room and pool area also raised concerns. Additionally, guests found the breakfast expensive and unsatisfactory, with spoiled milk reported. While the hotel has potential due to its friendly staff and prime location, many feel that it does not meet expectations, especially given the high price. Overall, Hilton Pensacola Beach may not be worth the cost for those seeking a clean and modern stay.
I am very thankful of this place not only for the amazing stuff, but also for the service, Micheal and Jordan are amazing people for their service, they are really a way to get your trip started.

Hallway paint is chipping, stairwells are filthy, room service didn’t come, body soap empty, elevator dirty ..we were very sad to pay such a high price for what we got. We had friends at the FairField Inn right next door and it was 100x nicer, cleaner and better for half the price!
