“Rooms are tiny but clean and no bed bugs or roaches. Restaurant on site has pretty good food though. I felt safe staying here and there's a nice view of the water outside.”

“If you're going to Pensacola, Portofino Island Resort is a wonderful place to stay. Family & Pet friendly. Rooms are condos that sleep 6. Buy the extreme package so you can utilize all they have to offer: Jet ski, E bikes, sail boats, small bouncy water park, umbrellas & lawn chairs on Gulf side beach, boogie boards, surf boards, kayaks on the bay and Gulf, a large pool at HQ with 2 hot tubs & fool service bar, pool at each of their 5 ( soon to be 7) towers. Great parking. I've always wanted to stay somewhere that had different bodies of water on both sides and this place filled my . Dawn, who works for the resort checking out equipment was so wonderful, helpful & kind deserves recognition as a 6 star customer service employee.Rooms: Large condos, master bed with full bath. Double closets, walk out deck. I live in a 3000 square foot house and this condo's master bedroom was bigger with a better bath. The double closets were in between the rooms so basically a huge walk in closet. Bath had stand in shower, double lavs, closed door water closet & Jacuzzi. 2nd room was lav, toilet & regular tub/shower. Soda was a fold out bed next to 2nd door walk out deck with an electric grill. Even with fold out sofa bed, still had plenty of dining & kitchen space. Full service kitchen. Also 1/2 bath with lav & toilet.Nearby activities: Put put gold, seafood everywhere, jetskis, water park, ? activity, dolphin watching, pools, carnival, shopping, fishing, bicyclingWalkability: everything water related is in walking distance.”

“We stayed here for a convention. Everyone was so accommodating! We had a sreak luncheon for about 165 people and the meal was perfect! Everyone raved about how delicious the steaks were. Bellman Eric went above & beyond helping us unload/load for the convention. Our room had a balcony which faced the pool and beach! Great vacation spot.Noteworthy details: Probably one of the best convention areas in Pensacola area. The meals for 65 to 300 all came out perfectly. The staff, waitstaff, housekeepers and front desk couldn't have been better ?”
