Those conversations fill us with joy, and we hope one day these same pieces will become meaningful heirlooms for our children and future grandchildren.
The most incredible experience of all was a recent surprise gift for my wife. We still had her original wedding ring, but it no longer had a center stone because we had transferred the original diamond into a new ring later in our marriage. That left the original band without a gemstone for many years. Wanting to bring new life and meaning back into that original ring, Tori helped create something truly unforgettable.
She worked closely with me to select the perfect emerald. Knowing my wife would eventually notice the ring missing from her jewelry box, Tori carefully coordinated the timing with the jewelers to create a beautiful new setting and place the most stunning emerald into her original wedding ring — all within a short enough timeframe that my wife never suspected a thing.
To say my wife was surprised and beyond happy would be an understatement. She now has a ring that carries the history and meaning of our wedding day while also representing a new chapter in our lives with the addition of the emerald — a gemstone she had always admired but never owned.
I’m still proudly in the running for “Husband of the Year,” and I’m counting on Jewelers Trade Shop to help keep me there!

“The Assistant Manager Eve in the Cordoval Mall store (Pensacola, FL) is fantastic and provided excellent customer service during the sale before Thanksgiving week! She is very sweet and helpful and worked with me personally to find the right pants. I really enjoyed talking to her and would seek Eve out when I return to the store because she has a great eye and wonderful suggestions. “This is the company that prints certificates, banners, and supplies for my sorority. They are very professional and great to work with. I was the ritual manager of the national board headquarter staff of my sorority and had the pleasure to work with them for about a year (2016-2017). Our chapter, at the University of West, finally earned active lettered status and received this beautiful banner/flag printed by their company. The quality of the material and their customer service has been amazing! If your sorority or fraternity ever need printing goods done, they are the company to go to.”

“I made an online order to take advantage of $30 express cash and Stephanie, the store manager went completely above and beyond in waiting for the online order to be received in their store system. She did not hesitate at all. Honestly, I was expecting the canned response of “I’m sorry, wait for the email notifying pickup is ready”. Heck no!! Stephanie stopped what she doing and immediately checked the system. She tried a few times and politely asked if I could come back in 10-15 minutes. I came back and still wasn’t in the system.
