You can tell that they don't overcharge their vendors for rent because everything is priced low enough to never feel guilty about splurging! “I highly recommend Bere' in Pensacola!! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful! Bob was especially helpful and, well, just great! He not only knew more than a lot about the watches I was looking at in the store but also the watches I was also considering online! He even wore a watch the store doesn't sell and let me try it on at a later visit. Unfortunately the watch that I was interested in wasn't in stock. Bob kept me updated in texts to let me know when it would be in and even held the watch for me to try on and play with when it came in! I was the ritual manager of the national board headquarter staff of my sorority and had the pleasure to work with them for about a year (2016-2017). “I made an online order to take advantage of $30 express cash and Stephanie, the store manager went completely above and beyond in waiting for the online order to be received in their store system. She did not hesitate at all. Honestly, I was expecting the canned response of “I’m sorry, wait for the email notifying pickup is ready”. Heck no!! Stephanie stopped what she doing and immediately checked the system. She tried a few times and politely asked if I could come back in 10-15 minutes. I came back and still wasn’t in the system. Stephanie then made arrangements to hold my item and she tried once more and the order finally came in. She’s a breathe of fresh air when it comes handling customer service. She’s so patient and understanding. I’m lucky she was working tonight. Thank you Stephanie!!!!”
