He even wore a watch the store doesn't sell and let me try it on at a later visit. Unfortunately the watch that I was interested in wasn't in stock. Bob kept me updated in texts to let me know when it would be in and even held the watch for me to try on and play with when it came in! Now I'm in the honeymoon period with my new Omega and I couldn't be happier that I got it from Bob at Bere' Jewlers!!”

“This is a nice little local family own jewelry store. I would've completely missed them if they were not referred to me by one of the battery store locations. I needed a replacement battery for my husband's watch and the battery store did not carry the battery so I was referred here. When I called to verify they were open, they actually answered the phone which is rare these days. Whenever I call other businesses, no one answers. The gentleman was very pleasant on the phone. When I arrived, there was no wait time. He greeted me at the door and got right to work. I did not have to leave the watch or come back later. He was fast and efficient and reset all the settings with the date time and everything else because this watch has a lot of features to it. The price was very reasonable, compared to most jewelry stores who do battery replacements. I looked around at the jewelry in their store and they had some very pretty, elegant and unique pieces not the same old same old that you see in some chain jewelry stores. Store was very clean & nicely laid out. Conveniently located in the Ashley furniture strip mall location in central part of town. Seemed very knowledgeable about their products and jewelry. I highly recommend them.”

“I was delighted to find someone that could repair my father-in-law‘s black forest cuckoo clock. He passed away last year and it hasn’t worked in years. I purchased it from the estate because it was a memory from my wife’s childhood when her father was in the military in Germany. We didn’t think it would ever work again, but I secretly took it to Reeds and they did a great job on the repair and finished in time For me to give it to my wife as a Christmas gift. She had forgotten all about it, and was so surprised. It keeps perfect time. The cuckoo is great In the music box plays beautifully.
