“I came here while visiting from Philly and fell in love with the accessories as well as clothes. The manager and other workers helped pick out pieces of clothing that I would have never looked at myself and I loved all of them. I have never had such good customer service. They kept checking in making sure I found everything okay and made me try things outside of my typical attire. They have so many different brands all in one spot which makes it convenient and it’s reasonably priced for such great quality. When I came back to Philly everyone was asking me where I got my new outfits from. I will say their sets are my favorite because they have casual ones that are super comfy and trendy ones as well. They can be dressed up or down for work, dinners, or lounge wear. I will definitely be back and will be recommending this store to others!!”

“You really have to go inside of the store and not shop online to get a good idea of what you’re getting and the quality. They do have so many options of high-quality stuff. I wasn’t crazy about some of the stuff that I bought online, so I brought it back to the store and they made it super easy inconvenient to return. I’ve loved everything that I have bought in store and would definitely recommend. Great shopping experience and great selection.”
“Waterboyz is a great place to shop and eat. The island taco with jackfruit was so good! My kids loved the chips and salsa. They also had cookies, muffins, and cupcakes!
Also if you love to skate or surf this is the place to go! Lots of great clothing downstairs as well as watches, sunglasses, bags of all kinds!
There's another room with skate boards, shoes, socks, and upstairs is where they custom make surfboards! They've got a nice selection of rash guards, wax, surfboards, and wet suits! And around the corner upstairs you can go down to the skate room they have, so cool!”
“As for the Cordova Mall’s Hot Topic, I have the greatest appreciation for two of the employees who worked the afternoon of January 21st, 26, as my daughter suffered a POTS episode in the store. It was, “All I can offer is the changing room with a bench, but let me get security to bring you a wheelchair, and we will help you to your car.” Security was in no hurry, but our new friends from Hot Topic checked back with them twice, and made sure my daughter and I got safely back to Sacred Heart where we had been for testing. These two went above and beyond, they were professional, and they were very, very kind.”

“Very Clean store with very friendly employees. A large section of shoes. I usually buy a pair of vans every few months. Today I went in while on vacation and found the perfect pair. One of the employees helped me try on a few pairs but the ones I wanted were only available in a smaller size she instantly said I could buy them online with her help on the iPad. This sales professional went above and beyond to help me get my new pair of vans. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family.”
“I placed an online order and my husband picked it up due to me having two babies under two. When I opened the bag it was not what I was ordered. I was extremely upset because I had to go out of town that same day and I needed the things I ordered specifically for this trip. I called the store and spoke with the manager Holly. She was extremely professional and went above and beyond to resolve this issue, she knew I had to go out of town that same day and knew I had two babies which made it hard for me to go into the store. She even offered offered to bring the bag right to my car so I didn’t have to get out with my kids. She even gave me her personal number to call when I got there to make the process go as smooth as possible. She is an excellent manager and really turned the situation around. You need more managers like Holly!!! I can’t tell you how much what Holly did for me really made all the difference! She is the reason I will continue to shop at old navy!”

However, I was immediately set at ease. Please spend your money here. It is on an upper scale of pricing, but man!! The experience!! Pay the money, feel important, and love the fit!! The adjustment to pants was super quick and we felt like a million bucks walking out!! Give this business the support it deserves!!!”

One note about outside of store: the awning on the outside facing the parking lot is in need of some attention. If this store wants to portray an image of quality and class then I'd suggest to replace (or at least pressure wash) the awning.”
