“Honestly can’t say enough awesome things about Wilfred’s. I was introduced to the barbershop by someone who had been getting their hair cut there and it always looked great. As a guy in the military, having a great haircut is always a big deal. I asked if they took walk ins the first time I went and the soonest I could get in was in like two hours, and that’s when I knew this place was serious about doing quality cuts. I happily waited for Luna to become available and when I sat down in her chair, asked her to fix the absolute hack job someone else did. Not only did she fix the haircut, she made it look like it never got screwed up in the first place. After that I continued to see Luna for my haircuts for the next year and a half. The staff ALWAYS treated me well, and always asked if there was anything I needed if I had to wait. I’ve since moved away and have yet to find anywhere that has half the atmosphere, quality of employees, and that treat customers as well as they do. I have recommended Wilfred’s to well over 20 people since I have gone there and will continue to do so. If you’re fortunate enough to sit in Luna’s chair, be grateful! Thanks, Wilfred’s for the best barber experience I’ve ever had!”

“Got a pair of thorogoods from here recently. The sole quickly became detached from the left boot (clearly, manufacturers defect), so when I went to return them, I 1000% expected to be told I needed to go through the manufacturer... But no, the shoes were promptly replaced, and all is right in the world! But seriously, that kind of customer service just won safety shoes plus a lifetime customer in me! I can't recommend them enough!! 10 out of 5 stars!!”

“Evan, Miss Carolyn, and I did not get the wonderful woman who checked us out name, but our experience was absolutely amazing shopping for a suit for my fiancé and our wedding. We found the perfect suit! Everyone was absolutely amazing and we had such an POSITIVE experience. It’s been extremely difficult to find a suit for my fiancé who is 6’4” over 280 pounds - he has an athletic build, but is very broad in the shoulders. I cannot thank the staff enough for such an amazing experience. If you are shopping for a big and tall man, I 100% recommend stopping by Lil John‘s Big and Tall Men’s Store in Pensacola, Florida. Mrs. Carolyn was literally the sweetest, she came out, gave us her opinion on fit told us what she was able to do based on the suit that we selected and was just so kind. We even laughed a little about the intense heat wave that’s passing through our area. Overall good people selling great quality suits for big and tall men.”

“We always went to Kohls up in Chicagoland, and this is even better. Had to interrupt a friendly conversation between staff members, but I was immediately helped. Found exactly the area I needed. Found what I wanted and more! The clearance selection was such a mess that it was impossible to look for sizes. Things were on the floor and attacked on top. The sales were good and the sales tax holiday was a nice extra!”

“Had a fantastic experience today with Olivia. I had placed an in-store pick up order last night, approximately 2 hours before store closing. I waited 2 hours after store opening to go into the store to check on my order, as I hadn’t received an order ready confirmation. I inquired about my order, and was met with a glitch in the system where my order wasn’t retrievable by the in-store system. I tried the items on in store and decided I didn’t want to purchase them anyway, so Olivia assisted me in my return. Unfortunately, because my order wasn’t showing up in the system, Olivia went above and beyond to call customer service to get instructions on how to cancel my order, all while still tending to customers as the only retail associate! She was pleasant, friendly, and extremely helpful. She never made me feel like a burden! Hands down one of the best customer service interactions I’ve had at Cordova Mall! Thanks, Olivia!!”

“I placed an online order and my husband picked it up due to me having two babies under two. When I opened the bag it was not what I was ordered. I was extremely upset because I had to go out of town that same day and I needed the things I ordered specifically for this trip. I called the store and spoke with the manager Holly. She was extremely professional and went above and beyond to resolve this issue, she knew I had to go out of town that same day and knew I had two babies which made it hard for me to go into the store. She even offered offered to bring the bag right to my car so I didn’t have to get out with my kids. She even gave me her personal number to call when I got there to make the process go as smooth as possible. She is an excellent manager and really turned the situation around. You need more managers like Holly!!! I can’t tell you how much what Holly did for me really made all the difference! She is the reason I will continue to shop at old navy!”

Everything in the store was in order the place looked clean.The first time I visited, an employee was very helpful in getting my measurements to help find a suit that fits me. I also had good service the second time I visited the store. The store also has a tailor, which is convenient as I was able to get my pants tailored at the same location instead of having to go somewhere. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a suit or more formal clothing.”
