Only half way done but Jordan in Pensacola and Josh the truck driver have been excellent to work with, highly professional, Josh the driver is an excellent driver and person and is an absolute asset to the company!! Jordan has been excellent to work with !! Pack Rat needs to take notice of these 2 employees!! Top notch!!

Very pleased with service and customer support in renting a 16’ container short-term. The only complaint I have is that I was not told upfront that there would be an additional transportation/fuel fee at pickup. Was not happy about this fact. This was my 1st time using Rat Pack. I was so impressed, not only was it easy and they dropped off and picked up a new condition unit, they were over $100 cheaper than POD! And that helped me tremendously. I have also just referred a friend to use them over POD. THE PRICE made them my go to for all my needs!
