Very slow agent reps. That lady who sits by the window should accommodate to in-store customers first instead of just leaving her colleague in the middle to deal with a long line of customers. Lunch break wasted….

They have stolen our money and refuses to give it to us even thou another bank has released thier money to them since last Thursday, do not use this bank , it is corrupt and they will hold money deposited to you so their leger books look good. It has been over 5 days for our deposit and they are keeping our money. We are closing our account and sueing.

I have been doing business with the local branches for over 20 years back then it was Compass which was eventually bought out by BBVA and eventually changed hands to PNC. I have always found the staff to be extremely helpful with both my business and personal accounts. They have a great program for handling accounts receivable on the business level. I have found the app to be extremely efficient. Thank you PNC for the good work! a special shout out to Mark. Pam, Kevin, and Isaias at the Ensley branch. You guys are phenomenal!

Dictatorship at its best, have no right to close my account, even if the bank can't trade 0 money from me, is discrimination because I'm not rich, definitely not recommend!!!!!......

Absolutely abysmal knowledge of elementary banking functions, and devoid of customer interaction skills. To be avoided at all costs.

I tried to use their ATM machine. It wouldn't receive cards. I went inside hoping there would be another machine in the lobby, and there was not. A manager appeared and said to hold on a moment. He went in the back, re-appeared, and told me the problem was fixed. I was d*** enough to trust him. The machine ate my card, and would not return it. I went back inside, and was told that my card would not be returned due to their policy. I called my bank, and was told that since no money was dispensed, it was still in my account. I then cancelled my card, and must wait a week or so until a new card arrives in the mail. I feel that if this bank cannot handle basic banking as well as any gas station with an ATM machine, why would anyone want to trust PNC with their money. I also noticed that no out-of-order notice was put on the machine. This tells me how much they care about my money, or the next persons money. In my opinion, this bank should be avoided at all costs, and a gas station would be a better option. I wish I could give 0 or even negative stars. Hope this long review helps someone to avoid this hemorrhoid of a bank.

Former review was 5*, after today I had to reduce to 1* another fraud. PNC as a whole stinks. My account is 48 years old. Just to get into any branch you have to use your phone to register rather than they get UP AND WALK to another to tell why I’m there. They use it TO TRACK ACTIVITIES when finished she asked for my husband’s name to add it to her “DEBRIEFING”. Other branches going all virtual. What a shame PNC has become. Plus STILL making employees wear MASKS. Talk about dehumanizing bank employees and people the allege to serve. PNC is removing faces and people. We are in the process of Leaving PNC. It will take time to turn things over. 48 year!!! And I’m nobody to themI had fraud, another branch on Davis wanted to play electronics and texting over this entry young man who helped me today.I even asked if I had to play phone texts with your sandwich board and he said no ma’am I can take care of you. He took care of my account and gave me a new debit in the same time Davis branch glorifying their texting ability with an empty branch. PNC get it together with that branch please. I’ve had an account at my home branch since 1972 when owned by Ohio Citizens. They would cringe at what Davis branch has become. I completely understand if the branch was busy. Not one customer in that branch. They should go to Bayou and learn about human interactions from this entry door man. If the phone texts is too much, take over for them please. Sometimes we are just not on our game. Fraud was NOT in my timing or schedule of events. Be this young man. I wish I had his name but they know who he is. Thank you

The lady I assume is very racists. I go with a customers check in work clothes and I'm white. 2 things against me. She said bank doesn't have 1300.00 refused to cash it. Would not recommend this bank to anyone at all.

The branch manager, Vincent, is very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He has helped me twice - once with a simple question, and again with a more complicated matter. I highly recommend his services and expertise. Thank you, Vincent!
