DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse is a large store for shoe lovers, offering many brands and styles that are in season and on trend. It carries a great selection of over 25,000 pairs of designer shoes for men and women, alongside handbags, accessories, and kids’ shoes. The store is clean and organized, and the staff is pleasant and can provide extremely helpful and nice customer service. While the brands and styles are generally great, some note there isn't much in the way of styles for men and that smaller sizes, like women's size 5, can be very limited. Occasionally, order notifications for in-store pickup may not be sent. Overall, it is a place where customers can often find what they need, sometimes even by checking the children's section, and enjoy a free Rewards program with perks.
I like this store compared to other stores sometimes you're gonna pay a little bit but for a good pair of shoes you're gonna have to and as far as other stores go they're more expensive

I have nothing but praise for the staff here. Victoria, Leigh, and Faith are always sure to treat me with such kindness and patience. Those leaving negative reviews are simply full of bitter hatred. Shoutout to the other Victoria as well, she was extremely helpful on my last visit!

Very friendly staff, Good selection, very organized. Don't forget to check the clearance section in the back too.
