Ordered the boots that the staff at the Mobile, AL. store stated were discontinued. Even though I found them on Redwings website and attempted to show them.
The staff at the Mobile, AL. store should get some training from her.

“Very Clean store with very friendly employees. A large section of shoes. I usually buy a pair of vans every few months. Today I went in while on vacation and found the perfect pair. One of the employees helped me try on a few pairs but the ones I wanted were only available in a smaller size she instantly said I could buy them online with her help on the iPad. This sales professional went above and beyond to help me get my new pair of vans. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family.”

Super friendly and had outstanding customer service, she helped us pick a couple pairs of shoes that were just perfect. We will be back.”
“The workers were nice and helped me with my shoe purchase, but the shoes I picked out were the 79.00 dollar shoe of the week, so I thought. When they got rung up they rung up higher and the lady that worked there called the store manager and was told that particular shoe was in the wrong spot
and they weren't 79.00 dollar, It should have still been honored for that price but it wasn't and that's disappointing.”

They all have terrible customer service, don’t know how to speak up, and weren’t very helpful.
9/10 I’m greeted by the guys who work there and they usually ask if I need any help. This particular visit made it less than reasonable for these girls to be getting paid. They all just sat behind the counter shuffling through the music playing in the speakers and talking as they gave uninterested glares at customers. Hope they can see this and gain something from it.”

One note about outside of store: the awning on the outside facing the parking lot is in need of some attention. If this store wants to portray an image of quality and class then I'd suggest to replace (or at least pressure wash) the awning.”

“Wife purchased Adidas shoes from Adidas on line, they were too large. Returned them to JD Sports, she found a pair of New Balance that cost more, manager just took our trade in and called it even. Next time JD Sports will be our go to store for tennis shoes.”

“This place is amazing, has all the shoes and gear a runner needs to train or compete at all levels. They also have a Tuesday and Thursday run club the host will all levels of runners. I live this place and will buy my next pair of shoes here for sure!!!”
