“I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing and EASY my experience was at Out O’ Space storage! Usually my experience with storage places is very subpar, and they just want your money for a teeny little storage space. That is not the case at all- I received a free month, paid for my lock, the locker, and got paid up a couple of months out even with their great customer service and sale approach. Everyone is very friendly and outgoing, patient, and answered all my questions. They made my move across country from Oklahoma to Florida a breeze!! ? Thank you!!”

“I was a sign a unit. I wasn’t really happy with and I called to change it and I was told I had to pay again like I moved in and moved out and it only had been less than 24 hours. But thanks for understanding and providing me with a new unit without charging me the $35 again within less than 24 hours. I appreciate you would be Nice to have a gate to walk in and out of versus Just accessing it by Vehicle and providing the Wi-Fi for customers while I’m property, but besides that it’s a great location.”
“Everyone at the Mobile Hwy location were wonderful and made my first time using UHaul an excellent experience! They were knowledgable, professional, and provided superb customer service! The 10 ft truck was great and just what I needed to move from my 1 bedroom apartment. The employee at check in even suggested that I could save $140 by dropping it off in a different location that was a little further away than my planned drop off location, but it was a great savings, so that worked out nicely! Overall, would definitely use again for my moving needs!”

“Change sequence of checkout, I waited to get to the car to verify my card info since it was dark out and then it asked for pictures but we were already down the road. I could have sent them when I sent the end mileage which was over the 60 I originally thought I just didn’t expect multiple trips. A handrail on both sides would be great as well. Overall it was a great experience! In person customer service was great!! No wonder yall have great reviews”
“If you’re a military family doing a PCS, this is the Uhaul location to go to! Seriously, drive out of your way if you have to, just go here.
My husband and I dropped off our 15’ Uhaul at Blue Angel Uhaul when we first moved here. There was a woman outside who helped us with parking and the drop off process. She was incredibly kind and patient.
Fast forward to now, 10 months later, we are PCSing again and decided to use this location due to our previous positive experience. Being a military move, logistics (dates/duration/needs) changed about 6 times in a span of 24 hours, but every time I had to call to ask about something or adjust my reservation, anyone I spoke to on the phone was unbelievably patient and kind with us. They have generous military discounts and remembered to put our dollies and furniture pads in the truck for our after hours pickup.
Our truck was clean and the interior didn’t smell like cigarettes. (Our 15’ Uhaul from our last move did… and was filthy.)
Only cons: We wanted a 20’ truck and they didn't have any so we got a 26’ which was a big bummer due to gas costs/maneuverability etc. The tank was only at 1/4 full on pickup, so that altered our plans a bit.
But again, overall, this location is AMAZING and I highly recommend using it, especially for military moves!!”

“My five star review is for the employees, as the rental equipment is average and of the condition that one would find at any location. We rented a truck for a move to Miami and had a few glitches. The employees stayed late on a Saturday afternoon to help us so that we were able to stick with our plans. They were super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.”
