The store utilizes a foot scan machine to determine the right fit, with associates explaining the details and correlation to a customer's feet. They pull out multiple options, trying several different shoes and inserts, and will not stop until they find the correct one. Associates help narrow down the best fitting shoe from the selection, even ordering specific colors for direct shipping. The pleasant experience is highly recommended for finding the right pair, whether for running, work, standing all day, or general exercise. Customers leave happy and extremely satisfied with their shoes and inserts.
This place is amazing, has all the shoes and gear a runner needs to train or compete at all levels. They also have a Tuesday and Thursday run club the host will all levels of runners. I live this place and will buy my next pair of shoes here for sure!!!

I received excellent service and sales person was very knowledgeable about the different types of shoes available. A plus was being able to run in the shows in the hallway behind the store.
