An awesome place that's been preserved and is in great shape. Kids had an awesome time exploring, and there's a ton of history attached to the place. Definitely recommend.

A beautiful fort! Open every fourth Friday of the month. Wear sneakers to avoid sand spurs and ants. The people who work here are friendly and informative. Educational and well maintained!

Unfortunately the fort is closed to the public at this time due to renovations. As excited as we were to see it we are thankful for all the work put into preserving a part of history.
