“Didn't give us access issues with our service dog. Very kind staff and knowledgeable on the ADA. Highly recommend this hotel if you are a service dog handler looking to stay at a hotel with no issues. They have a lot of grass around for your service dog. 10/10 experience would come again!”

“My daughter never even considered another venue for her wedding (5-4-24). I believe she had her heart set on Oyster Bay before she was actually engaged, just as she knew the man she'd marry was "the one" when they first met. In all honesty, I wasn't sold on the Oyster Bay idea at first...only because it seemed like an exorbitant amount of money for a venue that didn't include some of the basic elements that other venues offered. Once you sign the contract, you're also bound to use their catering company for an additional minimum cost. Little did I know, however, it would all be so worthwhile in the end. Five days later, I'm still receiving messages from wedding guests about how wonderful everything was. The property is absolutely stunning and the rooms are so spacious and clean. Just to have everyone gathered together at the same location for the weekend, with space to spread out, was wonderful in itself. We had everything we needed right there, never needing to leave the property for anything. From the time we arrived, all the way to checkout, we were treated like royalty. Mallory and her staff are so hospitable and accommodating. Jessica and Michelle welcomed us with huge smiles and open arms, helping us with whatever we needed to get settled and more throughout the entire weekend. Upon entering our rooms, each of us were greeted with a bottle of champagne and charcuterie snack cups. The Bridal party was treated to a champagne brunch the morning of wedding day. It was just so nice to have the entire place to ourselves, which was appreciated more than we possibly imagined. Staff also went above and beyond by assisting our wedding coordinator at every corner. On the morning of checkout, Mallory had left a beautiful gift and card outside my door, which brought more "happy tears" to my eyes. I can't even begin to describe her level of professionalism and how helpful she was throughout the entire planning process. I could go on and on, as if I haven't already. But, the main thing I really want to say is this: If you're in the early stages of wedding planning, seeking a prime venue that will exceed all expectations, search no more. Oyster Bay is absolutely amazing, a cut above the rest, and well worth the expense!Food & drinks: Classic City Catering is top-notch. David and his staff will tailor to your tastes.Noteworthy details: Photography -- refugeand.co -- the pics speak for themselves. Absolutely incredible!Supposey Rentals provided the perfect lighting and dance floor, despite having been ordered just two weeks pre-wedding.Highly recommend hiring the very best wedding coordinator, which is none other than: Weddings by Maddy Ray.”

“We called to verify that we could park our truck and long trailer. They accommodated us easily. Check in was easy and seamless. It was within waking distance to Dennys (don't go there) and McDonald's. We will stay here again if we are passing through with the truck!”
“Location and people are great. Room is okay. The bed is not comfy and the room is a little damp. Appreciate the free breakfast. Great place to stay if your tipsy”
“I wouldn’t improve nothing! Everything was perfect! The room was clean and very spacious. The bed was very comfortable! They even cleaned the hallway carpet everyday! The pool was very nice and quiet. Good location. Not sketchy. Walmart market .5 miles down the road. 23 mins to Pensacola Beach! The front desk and house keepers were very nice! I highly recommend staying here! We will back!”

“We were traveling through and they had good prices compared to other hotels. They are close to Cracker Barrel too so we liked the location. The hotel interior was nice and the whole process was fast.Food & drinks: We had a few beers at the bar. They were really good. We also had mixed drinks and they rocked them out.”

“Stayed at the hotel during this years Jazz Festival. Hotel is very nice, not as clean as I would have liked, as they allow pets. I stayed on the fourth floor, and was informed that those with pets are usually on the lower levels. I am allergic to cat and dog dander and the floors, no carpets, were not clean, lots of pet hair noticed. The service was great, location great and accessible to airport, shopping, and the festival I attended.”

“This is our first stay. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is very friendly. My only complaint is the lack of water pressure probably due to the water savers on the showerhead. It takes forever to rinse shampoo out.Rooms: The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.”
“I would have gave a five-star rating if I didn't get charged a $50 late fee for being late to come down and sign a new registration form I work nights so I slept kind of late and then went down there and got charged $50 for being late but I don't understand why that would be fair when I work late at night and sometimes into the morning it seems very unfair considering this is a motel and you're supposed to sleep I guess the workers that I had interaction with didn't talk very much but they seem friendly most of them the rooms were very clean when I arrived I don't really have any complaints except for the price and that $50 late fee.
Rooms: Very spacious and clean for the most part!”
“Check in was so easy, really appreciated it, as we were visiting to escape the hurricane Helene. Only complaint was we were told there was no breakfast, but it wasn't a big deal. Overall it was a good stay.”
“I was iffy getting a room cause all the reviews but I did it & here was my experience:First room we got smelled like cigarettes but the young gentleman (forgot name) had no problem getting us a new room. That’s the only reason I don’t give 5 stars. Other than that, for the price, the other room was great. Beds were clean and comfortable, housekeeping was good, and the breakfast was a plus. I do wish they had some high chairs in the breakfast room for guests with small children. Maybe that’s something they can get. But will definitely be staying again.”

“For the price this was a decent place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that my key card kept deactivating everything I used it.”
“Dropped off a hurricane survivor escaping from the Tampa area ... they had a car full of belongings to unload in their room and left the rest of their stuff in Sarasota !!! Very sad but alive !!
Safety: Safe from the hurricane Milton in the Tampa area !!”
“I stayed here just one night but wished I had more time! Joanne, Ebony and Cornelia were super professional and courteous. The room was immaculate and the bed was most comfortable! I would highly recommend this place to anyone passing through the area! Had to give my props to the entire staff before o left the lobby! Already made my day!”
