“Our stay at oyster bay was marvelous! I absolutely love how the boutique hotel is run. It gives you the best of both worlds (hotel amenities, support, and staff along with ABNB privacy and personalization vibes). We were greeted with the kindest attendant who took our bags and gave us a tour. We had charcuterie ready for us in the room and adored the thoughtful design throughout the property and room. The entire property was spotless which is always appreciated. I also liked how secure the property was. The balcony view was lovely, the location was perfect (we walked everywhere) and it’s a short drive to the beach. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive with making sure we were all set and taken care of. They really thought of everything and more to make this hotel luxurious and relaxing! 10/10 recommend!”
“It has been a min since I visited Pensacola amd I decided to book 4-night stay but was not sure where in Pensacola.I did my research, I am a travel fanatic so I have to make sure that I made a very good decision. I did not want to stay on the beach to avkid all the messy after swimming mess and not in downtown to avoid the traffic. I like to stay in a suite with a kitchen so I can by my own healthy food.I also wanted a nice cute gym and a pool with a very relaxing atmosphere away from cars and roads. I value a great guests services and a nice breakfast. I am also a coffee guy so if my coffee is not strong...well...my day won't go well..yes..to this point hahaha. I love clean bathrooms and a great bed and mattress to sleep well so I can have a good next adventure day. And a free parking? YES PLEASE! because I drove from Atlanta. BUT......staying in an area where Publix is 3 minutes walking and 100s or restaurants are literally out of your door is a privilege.....and this was simply my experience at this hotel...and I will for sure come back.”

“Definitely a convenient spot to stay it puts you close by almost everything. Also the staff made a great impression and you see their cleaners working diligently every morning. The only slight downside is the dated rooms but there isn't much they can do about that.”

“We called to verify that we could park our truck and long trailer. They accommodated us easily. Check in was easy and seamless. It was within waking distance to Dennys (don't go there) and McDonald's. We will stay here again if we are passing through with the truck!”

“I gave a 4 mainly due to the wonderful help at the desk on check in and check out. I give the hotel a 3 but the desk help is a 5+. The room was hot and very humid. We immediately got the air going but it still felt wet at checkout the next morning. The indoor pool was nice but it was too cold. The shower was fairly week. Also note that a walk in off the street with no reservation got a room for $30 less than we did by using the IHG membership and booking ahead of time, very disappointing to hear that. The breakfast was OK but not as good as others.”
“An okay room for a budget hotel, but the staff truly make the difference! Everyone was wonderful, and the housekeeper did an amazing job keeping our room spotless. For future guests, please remember to tip the housekeepers they work hard, are very helpful, and keep everything clean. The location is also fantastic, making it a great choice for travelers on a budget.”

“Let me start off by being waited on by Majestic at the bar/resturant. She is absolutly wonderful and charming. She went above and beyond my expectation. The rooms are very clean and and modern. Better than other hotels I been to. Wonderful.”
“Great location. Customer service was great and rooms were clean and tidy. The only thing I didn't like was that the floor was very dirty. It's vinyl plank so I know they think they could just leave it without mopping several times, but trust me it showed that it was dirty, please do better??”

“Stayed at the hotel during this years Jazz Festival. Hotel is very nice, not as clean as I would have liked, as they allow pets. I stayed on the fourth floor, and was informed that those with pets are usually on the lower levels. I am allergic to cat and dog dander and the floors, no carpets, were not clean, lots of pet hair noticed. The service was great, location great and accessible to airport, shopping, and the festival I attended.”

“I went to a high school graduation. The room, what was a good size for my wife and I. It had a wardrobe, a king's size bed, a good size bathroom and desk. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast included scrambled eggs, egg white, veggie omelette, potatoes, turkey sausage, bacon, an assortment of different bread, muffins, bagels, and cereal, instant grits and oatmeal”

“Nick, at the front desk was awesome. I had booked a different hotel online and it was terrible. Nick took the time late at night to let me look at a room and found an affordable option for me. I'm in town for work and needed an affordable place to stay. It's one of the better lower end hotels. Leaving a review strictly due to Nick's willingness to help and take the time to provide excellent customer service.”
“Overall, my experience was really good! Miles the night time front desk person was by far one of the best customer service people I've ever met. He was very sweet and kind and went out of his way to help me! The female that worked during the day & the evenings had a little bit of an attitude and was put out with any request. I would highly suggest that Miles be the daytime or evening front desk person because he would be a great face for the company! The exterior of the property looks great EXCEPT For the garbage that needs to be picked up on the grounds and all the garbage around the trash cans. But unfortunately the rooms need some work & a renovation. The furniture and walls were pretty beat up. And everything is very old in the rooms. One of the kitchen lights & room phone didn't work! In the main common areas, the ice machine And TV didn't work. It's perfect for long-term stays because the rooms are big. The property just needs some internal renovations, multiple fixes and reevaluating some of the staffing positions. I'm giving it a four star because of Miles, the night time employee, hopefully soon to be a daytime employee and/or Manager some day! YOU GO MILES!!”
“Amazing hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Price is great. Rooms are spacious and modern. Lighting is perfect. Ample outlets in room. Outdoor and indoor pool so helpful to relax rain or shine. Close enough to visit the beach without breaking the bank!! Close to the amazing downtown area. Breakfast is better than any choice hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I am a 30 year chief engineer at a choice property in south Louisiana and I admire this property. Good job guys. Thank you for an amazing vacation. I plan to be back yearly. The only thing I could nit pick would be water pressure in back building. If flow can’t be increased I would think there would be showerheads better suited to condense what you have with more force. Would help us get the sand off from the beach lol. Other than that. It’s a home away from home. Oh, and the beds are perfect and I wish I could take the pillows home. Be blessed!”

“Booked this motel,(yes: the doors are outside) because they advertised a buffet. Their buffet consist of sausage patties and egg patties. Eww! Also the ever popular do it yourself waffles! Totally a basic contental breakfast! Otherwise a good place. To stay if you want centrally located destinations.”
“great location, helpful staff, and beautiful landscaping and pool. appears to be going thru renovations,definetely locks on sliding door. Mold smell needs to be addressed. bring extra flip flops 4 use in room. delighted they provided laundry bags, didn't have to use a grocery bag”
“Dropped off a hurricane survivor escaping from the Tampa area ... they had a car full of belongings to unload in their room and left the rest of their stuff in Sarasota !!! Very sad but alive !!

“My husband and I stayed here in February 2026. It was a wonderful stay. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to our favorite, the breakfast staff. We have stayed at many hotels, but never had the attention that we were given by the breakfast staff. Mary, the first day, and her daughter the next. The area was spotless, the hot food was hot , cold food cold, and they went out of the way to see if you needed anything, and they went and got it if had set down, and realized you needed something else. They talked to you, and both women were so sweet, we had to give them hugs. Looking forward to seeing them when we come back in June. Sincerely, Sharon Johnson ❤️”
