I have never used Extra space storage this is my first time and guys let me tell you that I am totally impressed. The staff is amazing, Will at the Palafox location In Pensacola, FL went above and beyond to assist me with help I needed and then some. He was thorough with explaining everything and was super funny and kind. All staff has been wonderful I mention Will because he is whom I delt with the most and he was attentive as one could possibly be and remained professional the entire time. The storage building itself was immaculate and clean, not one piece of trash or litter around the place, everything looked brand new. Shoot the grass appeared to even be well kept. You can definitely tell these guys do their jobs and we'll. I give them 5 strong stars and plan to do business for a long time with them and recommend them to anyone in need of storage in the Pensacola area. Great Job Extra Space storage. I have appreciated and am Thankful for all you have done and continue to do for our community. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came into the store on highway 29 and I meant Britney Britney was so helpful she gave great customer service it was an all-around experience I was already frustrated at the rates I had been getting so to have Britney come and give me a great rate with great customer service was the absolute great part of my day thank you extra space Britney was awesome I would highly give her a raise ☺️
