I have always had a good experience with extra space storage on Palafox. They are always courteous and willing to help. I was a little bit on the fence with the location, but I will say no one bothered me the whole time I was there and everyone was polite. I will eventually be back they make it super easy to come and go.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. Brittany is wonderful. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Goes out of her way to assist. I got lost and she went out of her way to find me and get me back on track. Wow, what a wonderful employee u hav.
