“Evan, Miss Carolyn, and I did not get the wonderful woman who checked us out name, but our experience was absolutely amazing shopping for a suit for my fiancé and our wedding. We found the perfect suit! Everyone was absolutely amazing and we had such an POSITIVE experience. It’s been extremely difficult to find a suit for my fiancé who is 6’4” over 280 pounds - he has an athletic build, but is very broad in the shoulders. I cannot thank the staff enough for such an amazing experience. If you are shopping for a big and tall man, I 100% recommend stopping by Lil John‘s Big and Tall Men’s Store in Pensacola, Florida. Mrs. Carolyn was literally the sweetest, she came out, gave us her opinion on fit told us what she was able to do based on the suit that we selected and was just so kind. We even laughed a little about the intense heat wave that’s passing through our area. Overall good people selling great quality suits for big and tall men.”

“Waterboyz is a great place to shop and eat. The island taco with jackfruit was so good! My kids loved the chips and salsa. They also had cookies, muffins, and cupcakes!
Also if you love to skate or surf this is the place to go! Lots of great clothing downstairs as well as watches, sunglasses, bags of all kinds!
There's another room with skate boards, shoes, socks, and upstairs is where they custom make surfboards! They've got a nice selection of rash guards, wax, surfboards, and wet suits! And around the corner upstairs you can go down to the skate room they have, so cool!”
“The other day I did a search for a local men’s shoe store. Viola’s Men’s Apparel was on the list. I immediately knew that I had found the perfect shop for me when I saw the photos of some of their shoes ! I went there that same day and met the owner Mr. Nehemiah Johnson, Jr. When I left, I was the proud owner of a jacket and a pair of shoes. Mr. Johnson goes above and beyond for his customers. He also has shirts, suits, hats, and accessories. I highly recommend Viola’s Men’s Apparel ! So stop in and let Mr. Johnson assist you in finding your ideal outfit.”

“Got a pair of thorogoods from here recently. The sole quickly became detached from the left boot (clearly, manufacturers defect), so when I went to return them, I 1000% expected to be told I needed to go through the manufacturer... But no, the shoes were promptly replaced, and all is right in the world! But seriously, that kind of customer service just won safety shoes plus a lifetime customer in me! I can't recommend them enough!! 10 out of 5 stars!!”

“They had the cutest fall clothes ready! They even had supplies for game days! (UWF and Bama). I was obsessing over their decor and the variety of items they had. Myself, my mom, and my boyfriend all found things we enjoy. Highly recommend! It's very clean and the employees are super kind!”

“Buckle is a cute boutique to check out and walk around while in the mall! Here's what I've gathered from my experiences there:
• Pros: Cute styles and nice variety! They always seem to have plenty of awesome band tshirts and cute jeans and shorts. Also, the staff have been extremely helpful and kind to me on my last few visits. They even had style recommendations for me.
• Cons: The biggest problem I have with Buckle is the price. I went in today and purchased two band tshirts for roughly $79. I wanted to treat myself, so I came prepared to buy something expensive. Still, $30-$40 per shirt is expensive. Also, although the sales associate helping me was super sweet, I did feel slightly pressured to buy more than I wanted to. She gave me more clothes to try on, even though I only wanted to try on a couple of shirts and she gave me way more than that. It could just been that I'm not used to that, but I wasn't prepared for that. No complaints against the sales associate helping me though, she was super sweet.”
“I placed an online order and my husband picked it up due to me having two babies under two. When I opened the bag it was not what I was ordered. I was extremely upset because I had to go out of town that same day and I needed the things I ordered specifically for this trip. I called the store and spoke with the manager Holly. She was extremely professional and went above and beyond to resolve this issue, she knew I had to go out of town that same day and knew I had two babies which made it hard for me to go into the store. She even offered offered to bring the bag right to my car so I didn’t have to get out with my kids. She even gave me her personal number to call when I got there to make the process go as smooth as possible. She is an excellent manager and really turned the situation around. You need more managers like Holly!!! I can’t tell you how much what Holly did for me really made all the difference! She is the reason I will continue to shop at old navy!”
“I hate shopping for anything unless it's outdoor gear. My woman coerced me into going to her friend's daughter's sweet 15 party ( I guess it's a big deal in Colombia) I just wanted a suit. Young black fellow was squared away and helped me, I can't remember his name, but he was quick, professional and showed me something my woman liked. I bought it and was gone. Less than 20 minutes. Great job, I told his lady manager about him being a professional. I care absolutely zero about style or fashion, but this guy knew, so that was helpful.”

I came into the store, spoke about the problems with my Zumiez Stash app, and I was treated like family from beginning, middle to the very end when I left the store. “I had the best customer service experience today at Splash. It has been such a long time since I had an employee from any establishment on the Emerald coast give the service that I received today. We actually had her help us at their other store on Perdido called Paradise yesterday. She recommended that we try Splash since they are having an amazing end of summer sale. Yesterday she made restaurant recommendations and spoke about the Blue Angels ( which my husband thoroughly enjoed) Low and behold she was working at Splash today. Again,was not a fluke. She took the time to help my husband find a bathing suit. Beverly is awesome. Can't say enough about her customer service and genuine care. Go see her for yourself!”

One note about outside of store: the awning on the outside facing the parking lot is in need of some attention. If this store wants to portray an image of quality and class then I'd suggest to replace (or at least pressure wash) the awning.”
