I really enjoy going to companies that remember what customer service is. George and his team were efficient and worked quickly to get me moving back into my day. Thank you and will see you again soon for my next oil change! (and also think this time will need windshield wipers. :-))

When the dealership said they couldn’t get me in for days, Pep Boys was able to get me in the same day and completed the repairs in a timely fashion at and at a very reasonable price. I worked with Charlie and he was very helpful.
