“Tractor Supply #2608 has always been our “go to” for at home “fix ups.” We are consistently greeted w a smile- even at rush hour times & felt welcomed by Danielle, Vicki, Pam, & Savannah ! :) Two days ago we adopted a puppy & were overwhelmed by the support of your staff !! We are rookies - but they helped us find & select just the right items for our pup. They answered ALL of our questions. We laughed, enjoyed ourselves, & Jackpot (our mini Shepherd) gave them tons of kisses. He pranced out of there feeling like a Rosckstar & even snagged a treat. We are grateful & comfortable - & definitely will be true loyal patrons for life. Do you remember when neighborhood stores treated you like you & your business matter? ..& they were happy you were there ??! That’s a rare things these days & greatly missed !! BUT !! THAT is EXACTLY the way the TSC ladies treats customers- seen, pleasant & like they’re grateful you came in. Store #2608 should be a training store for all branches in my opinion. From hardware, tools, decor, coolers, pets…..etc they hands down have a lifetime of our business.. And much Respect ! !! Charlie, my husband, & I can’t emphasize enough the crucial main thing that sets them apart from all other merchandising stores is that they care & go above & beyond to help (not just us but witnessed it w all)

“I've now had two great experiences here. The first time I was looking for some shrimp to help with algae in my Musk Turtle tank. Despite not being too familiar with turtles, the owner was fantastic at helping me out. I now have a healthy stock of cherry reds that are helping the tank. Then yesterday my filter broke suddenly. I called and got confirmation they had something available to meet my needs. It's even better than the filter I had before and is working great. I also purchased a couple mystery snails.

“We love it ?? we moved from jax a few months ago, and I was so pleased that I found a place that stocks Fromm pet food so close to us! Very thankful that they honored my vouchers for Fromm food that I didn't get a chance to use before we left! They are super friendly, and are always so helpful ordering the flavors my kittehs love! (Because you know they're finicky ??) They have a nice selection of Fromm dog food, including canned food! Lots of tasty freeze dried treats that our pup loves! Also, they have a large freezer section! They are definitely our pet place here in Pensacola!! ???”

“We took 3 stray young cats, 1 being pregnant to this facility today and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They checked each one for worms, etc and took exray of the pregnant cat and saw 4 maybe 5 kittens coming! They arranged for a foster home for the pregnant cat. “The store was/is going through a “RESET.” The repeat delivery canned I spent 6 weeks testing & choosing will no longer be available at this store; unfortunately for PetCo, that word never made it to the National Orders associates - ANY OF THEM, CURRENTLY NO ONE HAS A CLUE - so my repeat delivery order was of course cancelled after a week (we’re, at that point, now 2 weeks late), so now this is an emergency & a choice about continuing with PetCo repeat delivery at all or going to PetSmart (which I shopped at in Memphis since 2006-2020, ‘moved here to Pensacola).

The National Orders associate was helpful & professional: he basically saved whoever’s @ss is responsible for FAILING to communicate across all POS store-National Orders-Repeat Delivery. Go argue that, it still happened, that Corporate genius communicator owns it.

Please coordinate your reset/product changes across all platforms. The store assiciates are all good: the only reason why I am staying with PetCo.”

“Petland was amazing! They had so many adorable puppies available to play with, and the staff were all very friendly. There was also a great selection of fish, and all of the animals appeared to be well cared for and healthy.

Our favorite by far was Cooper the macaw — he was incredibly friendly and even said hello to me! ?

While there weren’t many reptiles available at the time (which is what we were most hoping to see), they did have a wide range of reptile supplies in stock. Prices were reasonable overall, and it was such a fun place to visit!”
