“Watch the sale signs. The was one over the enrich life Apple sticks saying 50% off for VIP members. The sign also said they were $4.49 or something in that range. They rang up $5.99 and I was told these enrich life were not considered chews, but they are because the animals literally chew them. The sign said all oxbow enrich life small animal. So definitely false advertising.”

“I love this store I recently entered this location a few months ago when I decided to raise my own chickens for the first time. The staff is awesome! I was so lost on what I needed to provide care to my new babies. The lady at the register was darling . She helped me so much and I was truly grateful. And if she couldn't figure it out she would ask one of their very loyal customers for the answers..She made sure that she didn't stir me wrong. LOL. Tractor Supply I came in so confused and left with the biggest smile And everything that I needed at great pricings ????”

“My sister and I were in petco on Saturday and needed to know how to start a salt water tank and to buy a beta. She knew everything and was wonderful and answered every stupid question we had and picked us out the most beautiful beta and i never had a fish before.Just made us feel like we were part of the family. “We took 3 stray young cats, 1 being pregnant to this facility today and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They checked each one for worms, etc and took exray of the pregnant cat and saw 4 maybe 5 kittens coming! They arranged for a foster home for the pregnant cat. We were very satisfied with their staff and will recommend them to anyone! Thank you Pensacola Humaine Society for helping us out.”

“Great place to visit with all the puppies! ? While I prefer to rescue or buy from private party rather than promote puppy mills, it’s still fun to see all the pups and visit Jack, the turtle. He’s pretty awesome! It’s been many years since we’ve bought a puppy so had no idea how expensive it was!! Uh… $4500 for a golden lab, $4900 for a German Shepherd. YIKES!!! While they say the pricing is negotiable, that they have all the breeding history, and they offer a 3 year health warranty, the prices are still way up there!! I get it, it’s a business. Besides that I have purchased dog food, treats, toys, beds from Petland at very competitive prices.”
