We overheard Brandon promoting deals and specials found on the Petsmart website/app while waiting in line. Went to pick out and bring home a ball python for my son. When I asked an employee about getting one out to see it, the response was "we don't get them out because they are reptiles!".

2/3/25 : i just bought shibunkins at the price $6.49/each.Jefrrey was kind enough to help get the fish. There were only 2 people working there at that time. But at check out, the price was $6.99 each. I was suprised and asked them why. The lady at the cashier just casually told me that they probably raised the price over the weekend. Just be warned when you buy your items there before paying at the cashier.

Staff and on-site services are very helpful for new and veteran pet owners alike. My favorite place for dog supplies.
EDIT: 12/31/24: I have had to decrease their score by 2 stars for the HORRID customer service they have here. In the past two weeks I have called there 4 times either returning their calls or to set up appointments and in 3 of those 4 instances I was put on a "brief hold" that turned out to be over 30 minutes before I got tired of waiting and just hung up, only to call later and roll the dice about being kept on hold for half an hour again. I have heard "Beautiful Dreamer" about 700 times recently, and I am over it. If you don't have time to talk to me right now then just let an answering machine catch it and call me back later. I'd much prefer that to having at this point hours of my life wasted waiting for someone to have enough time to speak with me.

Overall decent priced store for pet supplies but Reptile owners DO NOT buy crickets from here I bought 40 on Thursday and by Monday more then half were dead each day I wake up to several dead now I have to go get more for my juvi beardie! But other then that decent store
