Not thrilled at your policy to take 2-2.5 TIMES the amount of blood actually needed to complete my labs. I knew IMMEDIATELY (I am a nurse), that the technician drew WAY too much. I would PREFER to get CALLED back if additional blood is needed.

I believe her name was Asha. She was amazing!! So nice and friendly! I have an aversion to needles and tend to get a little nervous around them but she was done before I even realized I had been pricked. 10/10 would recommend to see her for any diagnostics needed.
