“Such a welcome addition to the Eastern Shore!! They have an amazing deli and meat counter, various frozen foods like pierogis and dumplings, candies, drinks, lots of interesting snacks and other foods, and an awesome selection of ice creams. The staff is super nice and helpful, if you don’t know where to start, just ask! They’ll point you in the direction of something tasty.”
“Clean, friendly staff, great items, more expensive but you pay for great service.
Update 08/03/2026 Since ALDIs has opened this Publix is much busier (no surprise there ALDIS sux) the problem is much of the produce main fruits quality has declined, id say its due to more traffic less people for Quality Control.”

“I went into to grab crackers, sour cream, and cheese because my husband made chilli and I grabbed a couple more things..they had buy one get one for free. I love the BOGOS!!❤️? Cashier was super friendly and kind. I love Publix.?”
“First time here. Pretty good seafood market. Not as big as Joe Patti’s obviously, but still has that charm to it. Feels authentic and packs plenty of goodness into a smaller place. I’m impressed by how quick the service is. Everything here was great.
Tip: go to the back for extra parking, I ended up doing that
I also ended up trying the Old Grill next door. Also very excellent. Great service and food is tasty.”
“Bought their 8 pc fried chicken. It was messed up. Had 3 wings 1 leg a messed 2 thighs and 2 beasts but one of em was all distorted. Like half gone. It was very hot and tasty, but still messed up.”
“I love this quirky grocery store. The produce selection varies in items and quality regularly and what they do or don't carry has little rhyme or reason. They usually have what I need. There's always plenty of staff if you need assistance. I swear every time I go in there are multiple people ( patrons and/or employees)singing along with the music. It's a little community.”
“One of Pensacola's Best Kept Secret's - If you want to skip cooking dinner one night or just want to have prime rib. Oh and for the newbies, you can go hand pick your steaks and walk them back to the counter and they will cook them how you want. Pick your sides and boom...”
“This Publix has become my favorite in the area. It’s always clean, the staff is friendly and eager to help, and advertised products are readily available. Nadia always has a kind word for me and makes me feel like a million dollars (in THIS economy?!). I can be looking like a trash goblin that just rolled out from the depths of the sewer and she ALWAYS hands out a compliment. Nadia consistently brightens my day and Publix is lucky to have her!”
“So kind. May look closed but they are open. Wish wish wish they had hot coffee - perfect for running late to the base in the morning. So much traffic... always forget to get coffee. This is nice, last chance, on same side of the street place to get in and out with coffee quickly <3”
“I LOVE this new store! The staff is friendly, polite, courteous and knowledgeable. The store itself is neat and clean without a lot of obstacles blocking isles. Shopping carts are new and in good repair - not all rickety like in some other stores. Substantial parking is available, although is could use more cart-return spaces. And best of all, it's close to where I live!”
“Mr. Harlen is the MVP. Our late night run required steamed crab legs. We hated to ask because he was closing, not only did he deliver the goods but with great customer service!”
“In 2 different stores and each time there was a kind man that asked me if I needed any help and actually took me straight to what I was looking for in the international section. Both men were very, very kind and a lot of help for me as I am disabled.”
“A cart full of fruit and veggies and dairy products and other Staples for under $100. Bring your own bags and a quarter for the cart. Small inconvenience to be able to shop in peace and quiet in under 20 minutes”
“I like when you can run in and out quickly! Prices are very good! Deli is good and they carry ring bologna for people who moved here from the North!! You cannot find it anywhere around here! They send out flyers every week and have a lot of BoGos. Buy one get one free! Small store but we'll stocked.”

“Just moved to this side of town. The nicest people work here. I’ve encountered different staff depending on shift and all the same. Very courteous and asks how you’re doing. Helpful. Very rare customer service. The station is small and not the fanciest but hey it works great and it’s clean. I’d take friendly staff and clean facilities over fancy any day.”
“This Walmart is clean, organized and the staff is very professional and courteous and cater to your shopping needs. Great customer service! They deserve 5 stars!”

“As usual, even what looks like a long line gets shortened quickly because they’re very responsive to open more check-out lanes. Everything was in-stock with great prices.”
“This Neighborhood Walmart is definitely and consistently the cleanest and neatest Walmart between Ft.Walton and New Orleans. It always looks like a new store. Responsive merchandising is on time and on point.”
“Meat prices are normally much cheaper than Walmart, but not so much right now. Blue Bell ice cream is almost always 5.99 which is several dollars cheaper than Walmart. I only get Blue Bell from Grocery Outlet! Always great deals on soda and Body Armour drinks are always on sale for great prices. Fruit is way cheaper here too!!! Pink ladies & Honeycrisp Apples are super inexpensive!! At least half the price as others. Someone said there's a 10% charge for using cards and this is FALSE. There's a 10% surcharge for anyone who shops there. That's bc they don't upsell you, you pay 10% so they can make money bc they aren't making it by charging you more on each product. And alot of times they have super deals on a variety of things, like it might be a huge pack of hot dogs, sausages, or something like that and it'll be 1 buck or 2 to 3!!! You can find huge savings here! And the 10% isn't much compared to the savings you get. Just make sure you factor in the 10% charge and if the item is cheaper elsewhere then don't buy it there, wait to go elsewhere where it's cheaper. I will say that the one thing I hate is the long lines. And sometimes it's a big wait just to check out. Oh CIGARETTES ARE good prices on cartons and single packs. And the generic cigs are similar tasting to the big brand. Definitely give this store a chance if you want to save some money!”
“An employee you have as a cashier just made my wife and her sisters’ day yesterday! Her name is Lynette and she is a delight to be around and makes you feel special and that you’ve known her forever!”

“Aldi is fantastic if you want the lowest prices on some pretty decent quality groceries. The staff at this location is always polite and they do a great job of keeping the store clean and well stocked.”
“I just enjoy shopping at Publix. Everything is always fresh clean and organized. All kinds of varieties of just about everything.
Just an all around good shopping experience.”
