Update 08/03/2026 Since ALDIs has opened this Publix is much busier (no surprise there ALDIS sux) the problem is much of the produce main fruits quality has declined, id say its due to more traffic less people for Quality Control.”

“I went into to grab crackers, sour cream, and cheese because my husband made chilli and I grabbed a couple more things..they had buy one get one for free. I love the BOGOS!!❤️? Cashier was super friendly and kind. I love Publix.?”
“Bought their 8 pc fried chicken. It was messed up. Had 3 wings 1 leg a messed 2 thighs and 2 beasts but one of em was all distorted. Like half gone. It was very hot and tasty, but still messed up.”

They have an amazing deli and meat counter, various frozen foods like pierogis and dumplings, candies, drinks, lots of interesting snacks and other foods, and an awesome selection of ice creams. “I love this quirky grocery store. The produce selection varies in items and quality regularly and what they do or don't carry has little rhyme or reason. They usually have what I need. There's always plenty of staff if you need assistance. I swear every time I go in there are multiple people ( patrons and/or employees)singing along with the music. It's a little community.”
“I love to visit this place for Bourbon hunting. I don't get to go there as regularly as I want to because it's about a 20-minute drive outside of West Pensacola. Still, it is always worth the drive. Their prices are much lower than the chain retail stores in town. It's family owned and operated, and I always find great bargains!”

Nadia always has a kind word for me and makes me feel like a million dollars (in THIS economy?!). “Hidden gem. I went here on my trip from Arkansas to see the blue angels and I just ordered some chicken… it was perfectly cooked, it was so delicious, and I will literally die to eat here. “Our daughter, introduced us to Ever'man's grocery store. We just love it and the unique and healthy items they offer. We also love the lady that is very knowledgeable about holistic products they sell for health at Ever'man's. I love buying the organic produce that are free from pesticides and safer for your health. Our daughter shops quite a bit at Ever'man's for healthy products to help our granddaughter with some health issues. It gives her lot's of variety that she may not be able to have if she were to shop at a regular grocery store. We try to visit the store every time we come to Pensacola. It's a great asset to the community...

“The food here is great. Taste like home-cooked meals. The service on the food truck is great as well. They’re very organized and they get your food to you. Very hot like it should be. The area that it is in is not the best but all you have to do is just stay to yourself and mind your business. You won’t have a problem. Also, the staff in the store are very helpful and nice. I would recommend this Food Store to anyone and you can pretty much find anything you need.”

“I went here today to buy a case of soda and a bag of grapefruits. There was a woman in front of me that I don't even have the words to describe. She swiped your credit card at least five times and it came back tonight every time. But instead of saying your cards declined we can't help you the clerk who I cannot describe either actually tried swiping the lady's card twice for her so thinking that she can make it say sufficient funds. And this went on for maybe 10 minutes while we were mostly patiently standing there not saying anything until after about you know 12 minutes and then I told my wife let's leave we can't be late to what's about to happen with us and I guess we'll just come back later.
The moral of the story is this is a good store that sells good food at good prices sometimes, even food that you can't find anywhere else is really good. But in an attempt not to be rude myself I will just say if you're in a hurry avoid this place.
You know I'm really sorry if this comes across kind of jerkish but no matter how many times you swipe a debit card it's not going to make it say approved. End of story.”
