They sold me tickets that were listed as 4 together and then I got 2 sets not together and they wouldn't honor a refund or another set of seats.

The fact that there is no way to spit charges for high dollar events is crazy to me. Instead you have to buy a bucket of tickets, then hope that when you go to enter the next card number you don't sell out. This is to spread costs out across different budgets for business events.

Have been on hold for over an hour and a half. Website wants me to update password but will not send me a code to update my password. Horrible!!!!!!! Would give 0 stars if I could.
