Took a screenshot of the purchase but it didn’t include the name of the provider. I went off of them providing the tickets the day of the venue but I searched and searched my email and never found such an email.I contacted customer service and they cannot issue a refund. Add on the fact that their ticket was fifty dollars more expensive than a ticket purchased at the venue.

Just for clarification: This is for the website, not the event center.Never has there been a website that hates taking your money so much, while still charging you 50% extra in fees. The website is clunky and slow to use (not to mention the mobile version), you have to jump through hoops if you have VPN, and it takes forever to "think". I'm not going into the extra charges, other than they're absolutely astronomical and insane. I wish so many good shows didn't ONLY use this website for online ticket purchasing. I would NEVER use it otherwise, and it honestly every time it makes me re-evaluate if I even WANT to see the show.

Stop charging those "handling fee's" it's way to much and doesn't cost what you charge. Maybe an extra 5 bucks, but 20??? Oh no!

I bought Taylor Swift tickets with the insurance and tired to cancel my tickets within 24 hours per the instructions given to me. They were extremely difficult to get in touch both Ticketmaster and their insurance provider, which they also own. After numerous arguments they still would not refund the tickets months before the concert and even though the tickets weren’t used.

Great place to purchase tickets
