You know… I’ve had such great experiences with UPS stores in general within Cali and here in Pensacola. This store in particular went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate it. A lady there helped me find a box and after sealing it, I realized I forgot to add something and allowed me to add those items. This store is A+++!

Sam at store 1942 was very kind and helpful. He helped us pick out a better mailer than the one we brought to the counter when we told him it was a disk with medical images. He wanted to ensure the disk got to the doctor’s office safely. He was very quick, professional, and knowledgeable of products and services available. Store was clean and organized.

I came in with a Amazon return and needed the top taped up and the lady at the front desk told me they can give me a strip of tape for $4 dollars that’s just absolutely ridiculous or I can go buy a roll . I’ve been to other locations and this is the worse experience I’ve ever had.

Would not accept a box of batteries due to a label on the box. UPS delivered the box of batteries. I ship this same product in the same box via UPS on a regular occasion. Just not at this terribly managed store. The owner was dismissive of any consideration. UPS should disassociate. Go to any other UPS store. The store a few minutes west by Publix is a fantastic location with outstanding service.
