Online grocery pickup service is HORRIBLE! We had a pickup scheduled for 6pm. Apparently they "got busy" (or so the associate [who wasn't very friendly] said). Finally came out to car at 6:43pm. Seriously?!?!? I could've gone in and shopped it myself in the 43 minute delay!!! Come on people... figure it out.

If the bakery isn't actually open 24 hours, it should not be advertised as so. Very annoying when you need to order a cake at the last moment and the bakery is in fact CLOSED 😡
