“can’t say enough good things about Miguel, the manager at the U-Haul South Dade location. I was in a really tough spot. My shipping company canceled on me right as I found out I needed surgery and would be down to one leg for the move. I was close to a breaking point.
Miguel went above and beyond to make sure everything got handled. When I needed an extra POD, he got it ordered without any hassle. When I needed a dolly added on, he just took care of it, no arguing, no attitude about it not being part of the original order. He made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with.
This is the best experience I’ve had at any U-Haul location. Miguel’s flexibility and willingness to actually help, instead of just following a script, made all the difference. If you’re at this location, ask for Miguel. He will take care of you.”
