“We absolutely loved storing our stuff here. It was a perfect experience, and everything went great. At the end before I took my stuff out and checked out of the storage unit, I lost my key to open the lock and the lady at the front desk helped us immediately. She was the sweetest and absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend storing your stuff here over other places!”

“Very nice storage spaces, i had Alex in the front helping aswell. He was very helpful, gave several great explanations even on questions that weren’t just the agreements and forms. “It is a very clean place. There are no insects of any kind. The bathrooms always have paper and are very clean. Good climate inside, no heat and excellent lighting.I have had days of spending almost all day in there and it is perfect.There are supervisors attentive to whatever you may need.”
“Needed to rent a temporary space and this facility was one of the cleanest and secure in the area. I was helped by Cielo initially and throughout my time there she was always helpful and just an overall fun person to say hello to and great to answer any questions or concerns. “I walked into Extra Space Storage and was helped by Francisco Julian Garcia, the Assistant Store Manager, at the Palmetto Bay location (17650 W. Cleveland Ave., FL 33157). From the very beginning, Francisco explained everything to me in great detail — the unit sizes, insurance options, and all the terms — making sure I fully understood every step.
He personally showed me several units, all of which were absolutely immaculate. The facility is so clean and organized that it feels more like a hospital than a storage space. Francisco went above and beyond by taking extra time to show me additional units that might better suit my needs, even when he didn’t have to.
I had originally planned to visit other storage facilities, but the exceptional service Francisco provided made my decision easy — I stayed and rented three different units for my home. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care for the customer far exceeded my expectations.

“I've been in this storage December 31 2022 what it safee storage and now the new name extra space storage I've been with them for a long time I've been paying and I'm tired paying my bill every month they change my bill up and down and I still pay my bill I don't have a license I don't know nobody who have a license to take all my stuff out of that storage and this company or making them rich and paying them every month where my SSI money and that money I give them pay every month I could buy my milk my eggs my rice I don't drink soda I'm diabetes I drink a lot of juice and the juices or fruit That's what backing me up not to buy what I need to buy thank you for this post and y'all can read it God is good Amen?”
