They never answer their phone. Tried to schedule an appointment with their notary and kept getting recording saying they were busy and to call back later. Tried for 1/2 hour constantly on a Tuesday afternoon at 3pm.

Went to this bank on a Saturday,, my bank is closed. The teller advise me she has to verify the check. That is completely fine. What is not OK, is putting my check down next to her and help FOUR other customers. Then she stamped the bank of my check so I was suppose to wait on this individual who obviously do not value customers time. When I first approached the teller she took about 10 to 15 seconds to acknowledge me, because she was too busy checking her nails or fingers, I really don’t know what she was actually doing to be truthful.. I understand that businesses tend to deal with people depending on the neighborhood. And that is a very rough neighborhood, but not everyone lives or is from that neighborhood, I live 300 miles from there.. Same yourself the aggravation, frustration, disrespect & time and GO TO ANOTHER BANK!!! That’s what I did & NO PROBLEM..Btw, the female teller I am referring to, had to full sleeve tattoos.

If I can give zero stars I would. Service is terrible had me waiting 2 hours for a wire transfer, made me fill out a whole form just to ask me for the information on my phone that I was going to give originally instead of filling out form. And on top of everything atm only allows you to enter 30 bills at a time ?

I had scheduled a call online for 2/16/2023 at 9:30 with Sher Samaroo, requesting that my office number be called instead of my cell because I get poor reception on my cell at my desk. At 9:22 she called my cell (which did not even ring) and left a voice mail saying she was confirming our call for 9:30 (in 8 minutes???) and to call her back at the number she called from. I called her back at that number and no one would ever answer it. I called it at least ten times and texted. I also called the Pine Hills Branch, which is where she stated she was calling from, and no one would ever answer the phone. Once you got through all the "press 1 for..., press 2 for..." and listened to a spiel about 1099s, it, too, would just ring and ring, then finally the robot came on and cheerfully announced they were assisting other customers and to try my call later, BYYYYYEEEE! Might be time to switch banks...

Worst customer service ever the young ladie on the window inside the bank have attitude no customer service at al very disappointed have no respect rolling her eyes and and attitude on her voice when I ask questions about my account I have to ask for a manager she was very nice helping put that young ladie was horrible I can even put here name here she don't have here name tag wao ever again

Please don't waste your time; I had an appointment today at 12.9 to open a savings account. The appointment was at 9 am; I waited in the lobby for a few minutes to be told, "we have a 5-minute grace period," and I was past the time. Needless to say, if it's this big of a hassle to open an account, I can only imagine the headache you acquire if something is to go wrong with your account. A 2.9 rating for this site is very fitting.

I have been a long time customer of Chase bank. When Washington Mutual was bought out by chase, I stayed with Chase and I have never had an issue with them. In fact, quite the opposite. Even though they are a huge financial institution, I am treated as if it is a local business and I feel that they are an asset to the communities that they serve. This particular location is just off of West Colonial Drive next to the shopping plaza that houses the Caribbean Supercenter. It is an older style bank and while it may not appear in the same trend as the newer Chase banks that are popping up, I appreciate the stately manner that this bank possesses. This location has a drive-through, as well as the regular inside services. All in all, I would definitely recommend this Chase or any Chase location. I travel a lot with work and have been in countless locations and have not had a single negative experience.

On Wed. I set up an appointment online to see a banker at this location. I wanted to open a LLC business account. It should be noted that I already have a business account here as a sole proprietor. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30am. The security guard escorted me in a vacant office to be seated. I did not realize that the computer was supposed to have provided a banker's name which it didn't. I set there for 30 mins. and not one person asked if I needed help. A young lady passed by me and I stop and informed her that I had an appointment. Because I did not have a name I was asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment. I personally thought this was rediculous. There were several bankers there and only one customer in an office. Since I was already there, why would I have to make another appointment? As a result, I left feeling as if though I was not provided good customer service. I will never walk into this branch again. It is my opinon that this branch is poorly supervised.
