“I went in to sell some jewelry and Kevin was so nice and helpful and was able to get the amount requested for me from his employer and even took me in a secure location to count my funds and gave me an envelope to secure my funds so nobody would be in my business which made me feel safe and secure and reassured me that I was safe in the establishment. Kevin even let me know that I could be able to sell other items as well if needed and gave me my receipt once the transaction was done. They are very nice and informative and helpful and I would reccomend doing business with them even the lady that was helping another couple was very nice and helpful to them and gave them options on how they can sell their items which was very good in case they wanted to buy their items back in the future. A++ good people.”

“I went into value pawn trying to buy two TVs for my house. I ended up accidentally purchasing one tv that was not a smart tv as advertised. When I brought the TV back Martin was very sympathetic and understanding and helped me protect my new purchases with an insurance plan. He was attentive and professional. Martin even helped me load them into my car! Would def go back when I need to purchase something again”

“Yesterday I was on the phone with a good friend of mine. Who’s also a T-Mobile customer. He lives out towards Lake County so he went to a store in Eustis. He got a new phone so he needed his information transferred over and his new phone set up. He’s not the most up-to-date guy when it comes to technology if you know what So he needs assistance when he goes to places like that. He had let me know that the store and used to treated him terribly. He didn’t know his Apple ID and right then and there they had an attitude about it and also they told him that they couldn’t transfer information from one phone to another, which is completely untrue. He ended up, leaving their upset and unhappy. It was a waste of time. At that point I told him that I have been using the Tmobile store in the Victoria Plaza in Apopka for the longest time and the staff up there is always more than helpful the last time three months ago I got a new phone. I didn’t remember my Apple ID and I only need that they transferred all my stuff over and they made it a very positive experience. He went today and thanks to Natalia a young lady that worked there she made it look effortlessly and it was painless. She retrieved his Apple ID or password whatever it was she transferred all his data and he was so happy and he called me to tell me thank you for sending me to those people. Customer service over the last couple decades has suffered and when you have people like Natalia and the staff up at that store go above and beyond. It’s a breath of fresh air to know that there are still some people that appreciate you as a customer. I hope that people over this staff area manager’s district managers supervisors whoever check these reviews because this staff for the longest time has always done their job at a high level.”

“The team at Audio Excellence installed a full system in our car, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.
From the very beginning, they took the time to help us choose the right speakers, amp, and subwoofer, while clearly explaining all of the components and additional equipment needed.
When we picked up the car, we honestly couldn’t tell they had even worked on it. The installation was incredibly clean and professional, and everything looks factory installed.
Most importantly, the system sounds amazing. Exactly what we were hoping for.
