“I was dealing with the cricket on west colonial dr at Good homes in the Publix shopping center. The woman in that store was so rude disrespectful and prejudice! I left out mad ready to leave cricket and never to go back after being with them for 8 years! Then I called the store on Hiawasse and spoke with one of the most pleasant young ladies I have ever met in a cricket store. So I decided to go over to the store and was greeted by Naida and Amanda! Oh my goodness they were so helpful and pleasant and they knew their business! When I tell you they saved and secured a customer when they finished with me I had upgraded both phones and left with a big smile on my face! I hope cricket realizes what they have in these two girls. Their customer service was awesome! I look forward to continuing to go to this location such a blessing they were!
