Called to set up an appointment early in the morning for 5pm. The person I spoke with on the phone said no problem and my appointment was set.
Went to the appointment and they said that all the techs are already leaving and they can’t helped and tried to send me to another location. Don’t set appointments if there will be no one to even fulfill them! Complete waste of time. Will not be returning.

I had an amazing experience with Firestone; specifically Eric. My Monday morning started off on a negative note (dead battery) which ultimately made me late for work. The store opened promptly at 7 a.m. and I was the second person through the door. Eric was polite, professional, kind, and customer focused. He assured me he could have a battery within 45 minutes and advised what the cost would be to install, etc. His kindness, professional manner, and fast service changed my day from not so good to great. At approximately 7:50 a.m., I was leaving the store and I was still able to get to work in a timely manner. Many thanks to Eric and the team!

Excellent experience like all business specially during student breaks they’re appointed boost up. Appointments are taken care of first in order depending on the work that has to be done. Walk ins tea taken care of as best as they can but some people still don’t understand that. If you are in a rush and have a hectic life schedule please call and schedule an appointment on a day that you are free and have no rush and based on my experiences with other Businesses the earlier the better. This location is an hour away from where I live but its one of the best locations thank you Eric and team.

Walked in May 22, 2025 5:02pm to have tires rotated. Young lady at counter states they cannot attend me because of work load and I would need appointment. Note: two cars in garage and There are plenty of other tire shops in the area.

Seth the store manager completely rude, and not able to help. The worse experience, he shouldn't be hired as a manager has zero knowledge of what a leader means.

I originally made an appointment to change two tires at this store, but I called Honda and was told that I had tire insurance, so I called to cancel the appointment with Firestone, but when I went to Honda that day, I was told that my insurance did not cover tires, so I went back to Firestone, and the front desk staff told me that I had to wait for 2 hours because I had canceled the appointment before, but they still ordered tires for my vehicle model. Fortunately, I only waited about 40 minutes in the end and they completed the replacement of the tires. They did a great job! The price is reasonable.

This Firestone is by far our heros. Family and I had a flat tire on the closest interstate. Its the weekend and its usually busy at ever mechanic place around. I put on the spare, wife organized the tire change at Firestone and we were good to go!!!. It only took them 30 to 40 minutes. I am super impressed with their work and their fair price!! Thank you H!! I don't know you real name but thannk you!

They charge me to check the ac and said I needed an evacuation and a recharge and said it would take and hour . I come back 2 1/2 hour later they said all the refrigerant leaked because I had a hole in my line. Wouldn’t the the ac check find a hole before you wasted refrigerant. Why not tell me as soon as you find a hole instead of making me wait 90 more minutes. Looked like amateur hour and rather just get my tires from Firestone. That whole experience was awful.
