“I have recently had my car fixed at Alexis Paint & Body Shop.
I had been to multiple shops for quotes in the area on what it would take to fix a large coin sized hole in my bumper. Yimy at Alexis gave me the best price, he is very nice, and also very professional. The work that was done for my car was fixing the hole in the front bumper, painting/blending 4 panels and they also purchased/replaced the fog light covers that were missing. Yimy and is crew did an expert job on fixing my bumper. I gotta say that I am super happy with the work and with the customer support that Yimy provided.

Today was my fourth visit to the AutoZone located at SW 127th Ave and Quail Roost Drive in Southern Miami—and I felt compelled to finally write this review because of one exceptional employee: Robert.
I’ve been to plenty of auto parts stores before, and unfortunately, it’s not uncommon to encounter staff who aren’t very knowledgeable or engaged. But Robert is in a league of his own.
His knowledge of parts is outstanding, and his ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with customers is rare. He doesn’t just sell you a part—he educates, listens, and genuinely cares that you get the right solution. Today, he said something that really stuck with me: “I treat every customer the way I’d want to be treated.” And it wasn’t just talk—you could feel it in the way he carried himself.
Every visit to this store has been positive, but today stood out so much that I had to speak up. Robert made me feel welcomed, respected, and confident in what I was buying. He’s not just helpful—he’s exceptional.
To AutoZone leadership: Please recognize Robert for the incredible work he does. He deserves a major promotion, recognition, and whatever else you can give him. Employees like him are the reason people return to your stores.

“I had taken my previous cars to Southern Auto for some minor paint jobs. Recently I had a car back up into my M4 and damage the passenger headlight and crack the bumper.
I am not one to write reviews BUT I need to review Southern Auto. I took the car to Southern Auto and the way Michael treated me was beyond words. He made me feel like family. He is so courteous, polite and professional. Then I met his dad who also works there and the service they provide is awesome.
I went just to talk about what needed to be done and I ended up leaving the car and his dad brought me home. Michael’s wife was the one dealing with the insurance company. She is extremely professional and courteous.
They all work for you and make sure you get what your are entitled to from the insurance company. The insurance company wanted to replace the lights with used lights and twice Michael and his dad rejected the lights because they found damage to the lights and eventually made the insurance company approve a new light.
Michael took every step to make the car look like it was ready for a show. The job was AMAZING. The paint looked awesome.
They love what they do and look out for the customer. Customer is #1 for them and it shows.

“So I had a fender bender at the end of August and as you know it’s a nightmare to have to deal with the insurance and the inconvenience of being without your vehicle but in my past experiences the worst part is dealing with the repairs and the lack of communication with the body shop. Well let me tell you that I have found the shop I will be using and recommending to all my friends and family. CCMD. Is the absolute best shop I’ve ever worked with. They were prompt and professional but most importantly Honest. My adviser Devon was on point from the start, he was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, considerate with my time and honest. He always answered my calls or responded within minutes. He would call me to update me without me having to call over and over. “I went in here for new wiper blades, everyone was so nice and helpful. I also inquired about something to fix the hose going to my windshield washer waterline (it had a hole in it). Monica came outside to.look at it and to help solve my problem. She suggested I buy a pack of vacuum connectors, splice the waterline and reconnect using those. I came home and did exactly that and it worked PERFECTLY! For $9 I fixed the waterline and can once again wash my windshield. I very much appreciate Monica's help in going above and beyond to solve my problem. Such a great neighborhood auto store!”

“Very nice service & support from my Specislist Dorian from Kendall West Toyota at South Dixie Highway and the repair department . I got an opened recall for my 2021 Toyota Corolla Engine Mainly light requesting to fix Valve and life coolant so they serviced my car immediately I got they’d without an appointment that was really good and they repaired the issue in less than 3 hours, all the repair was covered by the Toyota warranty itself due a an opened recall from January 2024 but the dealer who sold me the car back in March 2025 Anton Car really didn’t advise me on this issue before I bought the car I guess to avoid losing selling the automobile to me. Thanks God I was advised by my mechanics shop Andre’s with Bethancourt Shop who were at the moment installing new tires on my car and they scanned the car and it immediately showed the 2 codes and this is how I was able to figure out that was an opened recall and I wasn’t responsible to pay this repair out of pocket. Thank you everyone ??❤️”
