Clean space and an amazing experience overall. I really enjoyed the whole session! Especially the exercises and how you connect with your body. Alejandra, the instructor was very professional, funny and fully experienced. I highly recommend this place!

I am so happy I found this community. From the instructors to the participants, everyone is lovely and kind. Tai chi inspires calmness, intentionality and self awareness. Beautiful practice and amazing instructor, JiAe!!
