Excellent personnel, shows they care for your selection and provides excellent information. This is 3rd time buying my glasses there and it's not that close to my house but I prefer to drive a little more and get the service they provide.

Poor service given to my sonWho bought a pair of sunglasses for $350.00 and then had them do a darker tint but what they did was they painted the lenses and they were somewhat opaque can couldn’t see out of themI went over there and told the lady but she just asked if I had the original lenses I said yes.She put in the original said nothing else nasty attitudeI WILL NOT EVER DO BUSINESS With This company againDisgusting people as well as disgusting attitudeSunglasses are overpriced and very bad customer service!

In clinical terms, this place is an epic failure of time management and communication. I was kept waiting for an hour.Only then did I find out about the A la Carte lens scam. Sure, the frames are mostly affordable, but 350 plus lens is unacceptable.I wasted 3 hours of my valuable time on this place.It's a shame, as the one-star should be a negative one.At least the eye exam was thorough, but the frame and lens part are unacceptably overpriced.I’ll go home to NYC, where such personal matters are much more upfront and affordable. The A la Carte thing is unacceptable, and it is nothing but an utterly disrespectful money grab.I don't think so. Oh, and my mother, my nieces, and my brother won't be coming back.

The worst customer service. The woman who greets customers upon entering is extremely rude and not at all friendly. She will make you feel from the entrance until you leave that you are not welcome. I will never go back there again.

Go somewhere else, avoid this store, they have a very limited selection, and nonexistent customer service. The "computers were down" and then the nonsense explanation of which system I'm on, as though that mattered to me. Avoid 'For Eyes' stores if possible, especially this one.

I do not recommend For Eyes. Today, I walked-in to purchase two frames and contact lenses at this location. I have used this Franchise since 2016, after the pandemic, its service has deteriorated. Of course, the sales side employee was helpful answering my questions. However, the female doctor with reddish hair was not. I was ready to buy, I had my prescription, my insurance, and the funds. The doctor on duty was unwilling to assist, unprofessional, lacked interest to my situation, she repeated the same answer over and over, and appeared more interested in engaging a conversation with sales worker, even after I provided a thorough explanation of my situation. At this juncture, I returned the two frames I was going to invest and will also be buying at another chain. I arrived at the store with broken glasses and needed resolution. They did not deliver. I also observed system issues at this location, a customer arrived with his new prescription glasses and lenses stating that one side of the glasses was not properly made and stated he could not see. The answer... was to come back another day since their measuring equipment was not working . Stay away from this location and that doctor, I am highly disappointed, and they do not care about all customers, they are selective.

This was a great experience, easy check in. Dr. Gazdovich was very knowledgeable and informative. Took the time to explain different terminology that I was not familiar with.Highly recommend visiting!

First off, this is all my experience/my opinion. I was there in middle of May this year. First you go to the Eye Doctor which with my insurance is free but ForEyes charges you 39.- for the use of a special machine or something? Crazy?Then the Dr. was good but she takes several different people at once. Kind of like at a salon. And you have to sit and wait a long time. Other than that Dr. seems okay. Reception nice. Once that is finally done you go over to glasses portion. They have a wide variety. They were very helpful explained pricing with lenses and frames with each different frame I might one, that was a help in deciding which one to get. They applied discounts I had. Very helpful. Called when done for me to pick up. The only other negative thing I might mention is that it is hard to call into that place, you can never reach Dr. voicemail is full. Takes days. Better to call retail store.

They solved a problem and showed integrity.My order was lost in transit a month ago. Yesterday, miracle happened! They found my glasses, the order I was reimbursed for, and offered to give them to me for free. I cannot thank them enough. Now I have two pairs of special bicycling glasses (googles). Five stars for their honesty.

Such a great store! Andrea is the best — super kind and super helpful. She’s helped me a few times over the past couple years and is the reason I keep coming back. Today, she helped me track down another pair of my favorite glasses and helped me find some great sunglasses, and set me up with a great deal. Highly, highly recommend.
